Just a fail today. Slow employees with no smiles or sense of urgency what so ever and drinks were up to a 30 minute wait after I had already placed a mobile order and waited 15 minutes this is just unacceptable and a horrible way to start the new year. Nobody cared at all. I would say just close for the instead of having a skeleton staff and making People wait. I was also witness to the barista making drinks for people she knew over the orders that were already placed I’m disappointed and I hate to leave bad reviews but whoever is running this store needs to talk to EVERYONE working today about moral and guest service this was Just horrible.

I have gone here the last few times. The drinks they make at this location have been terrible each time. I ordered hot chocolate and a latte, both drinks tasted very weak and watered down. I would recommend choosing a different location.

Very little seating or standing room inside. Looks great for creating demand. They do have more seating outdoors. They did have employees checking the dining area to keep clean.

I love love Starbucks coffee there's something about their coffee that makes you want more and more. The people are nice and patient. I just want them to come with more coffee selections.

Whoever has been the barista/ drink maker lately is AMAZING! This store has NEVER given me any problems! I drive from Lakeland every week day & in Lakeland on Harden Blvd they don't fill up my PSL all the way to the top, they've left half the cup empty before, no whipped cream, taste like water, etc. I've called corporate to complain about them & have called your store to fix their mistakes & EVERY TIME I have had THIS Starbucks make or remake my drinks (that the other Starbucks messes up) it's ALWAYS PERFECT! Thank you all for making my mornings easier!

It is 8: 40 pm on Tues night, the store closes at 9. Myself & 2 other vehicles get told by the group of girls walking out, "Sorry we're closed". At 8: 40 & we've been here 10 mins?

Made a mobile order with instore pickup.was charged for it, and the doors are locked. The car line is wrapped around the building twice. Now I can't get a refund.

No problem with staff or my wait today but I got home and opened my cup to add the sugar and found my cup was only 3/4 filled. For this to be the most expensive coffee shop and then on top of that they rip you off, it's not worth it. This is exactly why I stopped going to Starbucks for almost a year. Local coffee shops have better prices and even better flavors.

I order from the Starbucks at least twice a week because it’s near my job. However there is so many issues like the wait times. The wait times are never accurate. I order my drinks when I’m on us 27 and the drinks will say you’ll be 5 to 7 minutes or 7 to 9 minutes but no.it still will be 25 minutes, If the wait times were more accurate, I can order my drinks more ahead of time But I never know if I should or not, then this location charges you extra for lemonade or charges you extra for anything that other locations do not.now, every time I go, I said I need four scoops of strawberries, no matter how many scoops you write on the order you still only get half a scoop

I have never waited as long for my order. It was total maiham and no one was taking control of things. We waited over 45 minutes for our drinks, ordered inside and got our food items on time then proceeded to wait 40+ minutes for the 3 drinks. I asked mid way and they said they were behind it hadn't printed yet but should soon, ok no problem we sat down and waited some more, checked again at the 45 minute mark and they said they had already given out the drinks.we were waiting right next to the counter and had not heard the name at all, no drinks there. Then they made them and gave them to us. By this point all other orders where 30+ minutes behind, people where getting upset and they kept prioritizing mobile orders over in person ones.

The store seems to have time management problems. Lately they’ve been missed managing my orders and almost made me late for work this morning. Nice people, but I may have to switch to another store on my route to get my morning coffee.

My girlfriend set an order on the app to get our two small drinks a bit faster, and the line that was wrapping around the building definitely went around three or 4 times before we got our drinks. Proves the app doesn’t work any better than waiting like everyone else in line.

The staff is friendly and my drink is always good. The drive through moves at a decent pace even when busy.

I always use the drive-thru, but all of the baristas I've met through the drive-thru do an amazing job, and they are always so pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino!

I stopped in today since the Starbucks on CGB and Hwy 17 was closed and found that the drive thru line was double wrapped around the store! I decided to park and go inside and the inside was packed, too. When it was finally my turn to order, the very kind employee smiled and immediately informed me that it would be about a 45 minute wait on drinks. I really appreciated being given that information so I could decide if I wanted to place an order and wait or go.
I placed my order (because the apple crisp oatmilk shaken espresso is THAT delicious) and waited in amazement. Every single barista was HUSTLING! They were working together like a well oiled machine.
Most people waiting were being kind and understanding. A few were grouchy. The Starbucks employees never lost their cool, nor their smiles! Kudos to the team for an excellent job! I will definitely be visiting this store more often!

It was ok. I only drink regular coffee not that fancy shamcy stuff so for me it's just ok. Personally I like WAWA coffee better.

It was the worst service ever. I waited 30 minutes and still didn’t get my drinks. If it’s busy give your customers the options to wait or not wait by giving them an estimated time on how long to expect their drinks. Ridiculous.

BEST STARBUCKS AROUND! Friendliest staff, very clean.everything is always delicious and made right, and if it's not, they have no problem fixing it with graciousness. Since this is located right outside of Legoland in Winter Haven FL, I highly recommend using the app to order ahead of possible.

I come for the coffee! I like to order ahead in the app and just pick it up at the counter. It's so easy!
