15Waited on line for almost 30 minutes, forgot to make my daughter’s grilled cheese until we reminded them. Everyone moved slow.
They forgot about my order and others orders, they were out of most of the items, the place was dirty and the garbage was overflowing.the people there were very slow and didn’t seem to particularly care for our order.
Horrible service, dirty, wrong order and wait time was 30 mins. Worst experience at a Starbucks!
MICHAEL IS AMAZING I ASKED FOR EXTRA CRUNCH IN MT DRINK AND HE ACTUALLY PUT THE PERFECT AMOUNT OF LOTS OF CRUNCH BWCAUSE I LOVR MY DRINK SO CRUNCHYYYYYY THANK YOU YOU DESERVE A RAISE!

When I tried paying and reloading my Starbucks card it took 10 minutes for the “system” to work. & then I get all the way to work just to find out they gave me the wrong food. Honestly just close the store at this point. It’s not even convenient anymore you just end up spending money on stuff you don’t even want to eat and the service is upsetting.
Great Monday through Friday. I don’t know WHAT is wrong with them come Saturday tho. Multiple Saturdays in a row, I’ve been given the wrong drink! They may need to reevaluate their Saturday staff… especially whoever they have working the drive-thru window!
One of my worst Starbucks experiences. Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes before reaching the window. Sat at the window for another 5 before even being acknowledged and then received a coffee drink that had ice in the cup up to the very top. I would recommend going to any other Starbucks in the area over this location.
I've stopped at this location twice since I've moved into town. Both times they were out of cold brew. I won't waste my time coming back. A coffee shop that's out of coffee is ridiculous!
Not the best Starbucks … you would be better served going to the Airport Pulling location, or Radio Road.
2nd time this month they were out of an item on my mobile order, however, they never adjusted their system so I drove all the way down there and waited five minutes in line before I asked about my order and then they told me I could not have it.
One star because you can't give no stars. We have tried and tried to give this location a chance. But they continue to disappoint. Our order is simple. Latte with sugar free vanilla syrup. They consistently use regular vanilla or no syrup at all, and don't bother communicating this to us. I call to tell them, they tell me to get a refund on the app. I want to talk to a manager, I get put on hold, I get hung up on. This has been going on for way too long. I'm not asking for anything special, just what I order. I'm done with this location.
Every time I come here theres eighter a bug in my drink or hair in my food there’s always a mix up at the drive thru everybody just stares at one another horrible Starbucks don’t go here
My absolute favorite location! Marissa and Pete are the best! They make you feel like you are their only customer! I Go daily and always greeted with a smile! Best customer service around! AMAZING SAFF!
Been going to this location for sometime now was good till lately, today took the cake black coffee grinds in my coffee. 1/4 of the cup full

Ordered drive-thru today, got a venti peppermint mocha (warm) with an extra pump of peppermint, when I got to my destination and decided to take a drink I found out my cup was only filled 2/3s of the way, normally this Starbucks is fantastic but today they fell short.
