Starbucks, Coral Gables FL

Very friendly and fast service, all of them know me by name. Barista Cassidy not only looks like Audrey plaza but always has my regular order made as soon as I walk in the door. 10/10 would recommend to a friend, will be coming back Regularly

I’m giving 3 stars because I’m a stockholder in Starbucks, but sadly, I used to come to this location 3-4 days a week as I work right around the corner.

Dani (I’m assuming early morning team leader/manager) - who I used to see almost daily, I don’t see her any more and I can tell that the service across the board has dropped off. Very sad as it’s so convenient for many of us that work very early hours.

I’ll be going to another location.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! SUPER RUDE LADY DENIED A CUP OF WATER TO MY PREGNANT WIFE CAUSE SHE WASNT WEARING A MASK! WE WERE AT THE OUTSIDE WINDOW! SHAME ON WHAT YOU’VE BECOME STARBUCKS.

Before Covid happened this used to be one of my favorite locations. Baristas are very nice and I've never got my order messed up, ever. And it happened to me at other locations. Thank you!

Excellent place to get coffee in Coral Gables. Clean location and the staff is very friendly. There's outdoor seating and parking available as well.

It was amazing I love the chocolate frappuccino and when I went today it tasted like i was in wonder land

Friendly young team, which makes you feel "home". Great place to work for your hustle.

Good place to work or study while having some snacks, nothing too fancy. The parking is not good. The wifi is pretty slow, but it gets the job done. Their coffee could be better.

Horrible service
None of the employees has a clue on what they are doing. They don't know the items, my sandwich came out burned, waited forever for my coffee but the worst part is that they're not even busy, they jus there talking to each other and don't care about the customer, they literally ignore you.

Amazing costumer service, these guys are singing and smiling to you and welcoming you so nicely and they just made my day brighter also wrote my name right AND they made sure my drink was dairy free too!

The place is your typical Starbucks. However, Lorena was so nice to be patient with our order. Customer service five stars thanks to her.

Very very friendly staff and a big Starbucks! On a Sunday wonderful. The sitting places are different- tables with couch, couches. Probably the biggest Starbucks I have seen. And they are open on sunday.

The staff at this location are exceptional enough to warrant a good review. Someone always says hello as you enter, most of the morning staff have the merit of remembering mine and other regulars' names, which is an amazing feat considering how many people must come in. Super friendly, efficient team. They really save me during work days when I pop in for my dose of caffeine!

The new staff is terrible. I being buying coffee in this location for 10 years but with this new staff will look for a new place to buy my coffee.

The recent review is right, the new staff is terrible. I told my barista about expire product of Justin Almond Butter chocolate and Barista did nothing about it. Today, it is June 24,2018. Read my label on the picture

Sunday I’ve notice Justin Almond Butter was expired by one month ago. I let Barista knows about the product, he said today 05/24/2018 it expire. Read the Label, I ate an expire product. Best By 05/24/2018, I ate it at 10 am 06/24/2018. The Barista must forgot it is June as of now.

Starbucks does a great job maintaining quality across locations. Very efficient service.
It is a very busy location, so be aware of the quantity of people that flock to this spot right before entering work.

When we got here the place was filthy (floor and tables) ; however, one hour before closing and with a lot of clients inside, they start sweeping the floor, even under the tables with people. Is it just me or it is not nice to be cleaning where people are eating? The service is fast, in case you wanted to know.
