Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
16I don't know how this location has 4 stars. The reviews have to be rigged or being deleted because the whole thing is a disaster. A bunch of teenagers working there the place is dirty drinks get stolen and the food is even worse. You order a small sandwich thats $6 and it looks like it was ripped apart when they hand it to you.
I went to the drive thru yesterday and was very clear on my order. At the window she gave me my order and it was not how I requested it. At any other Starbucks they would gladly fix it, however this worker had a bad attitude and when she took it to the back, it seemed as though nothing changed with my order when they gave it to me. It was the same exact drink. She also gave it to me in a very negative manner, there was no sense of customer service.
I don't think the barista today was making drinks the right way. He was making large amounts of espresso on a tall cup, and then eyeing the amount needed for each drink he was making, hopefully getting it right each time. I ordered a quad-shot drink, I don't think I've received my 4 shots and the drink was definitely missing the espresso froth/foam which comes out when you pour espresso the right way; when you pour espresso from a cup the froth/foam sticks to and stays on the cup. Even when doing this to reduce the time it takes to make each drink, I had to wait 25 minutes to get mine.
Lack of service, I was standing for five minutes at the register and haven’t been acknowledge by the 5+ workers. Not one came up to me to help.
I'm a current Barista at Starbucks.
One thing about my work ethics and my customer service is that I do every drink as if I was making it for myself. I take pride in that!
I went through drive through The cashier took my order well But the person executing my drink did not do the proper techniques to make a brown sugar shaken expresso.make expresso, get shaker add syrup add ice shake! Pour milk and if you like to top with sweet cold foam! Simple. The berista did my drink as if it was an iced expresso! Added syrup in the cup =/ it's shaken for a reason the foam from the shaker gives that drink its name.she then grab the top of the shaker shook it in the cup added milk and added sweet foam and I paid $7 for a tall seriously I've only worked at Starbucks for 3 months And by the 1st month you at least know how people like their coffee if you're a barista take passion and what you do like if you were doing it for yourself do it with love.just a regular customer I had not said that I was with Starbucks just because I wanted to experience my drink as a regular customer I called the store a couple times to speak to a manager and just to speak to them over the phone but since they seem to not answer the phone you get a review and I don't write much reviews I only write if they're good.
Very bad, always the same, you go to Drive true and they never attend to you, it takes a thousand
Hours to give you a coffee. It is the third time that I have left the waiting line, it takes more than 10.15 minutes to wait or more. Terrible customer service

Terrible service, they don't prepare the drinks as they should, they are always missing something or the waves are wrong, of the times I have gone they have NEVER prepared my orders well, I already threw in the towel, a disaster
Alex just became a highlight of my day! Such a wonderful person, made a simple interaction so fun and special! Such a positive attitude and wonderful customer service!
I was really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks today. I placed an order through the app, and it took 25 minutes from the time my order was placed to when I got the order. The barista seemed rushed and didn't take the time to make it properly. The atmosphere in the store was also unpleasant, bad smell close to the coffee making area. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks today to anyone looking for a good cup of coffee and a pleasant experience
Never no bags / never no cup lids / super ghetto. I have to walk I. The office carrying oatmeal in my hand and a cheese box in my hand terrible.
Coffee was nice, but the egg and mushroom with kale tasted ok, the texture was like eating egg flavored jello.
Some great employees, but there also decent amount of terrible ones with terrible attitudes to match.
Good luck getting a paper bag, they are only for "uber drivers" now at this location.
Do yourself a favor, skip this location and drive down to the one on ne 163 st.
The only reason I give this a 1 star is because I can’t give it a zero. Everyone in the store is amazing until I had extremely poor customer service and communication with a young woman named Marika. Absolutely horrible experience with Marika and I feel bad for the staff that works with her because Marika is treating them awfully. I’m gonna assume she’s a manager by the way she orders around her staff angrily but no one and not even the customers should experience such behavior from an employee like that especially at a Starbucks where I go to start my day hopefully happily. High management really really needs to talk to Marika about her attitude towards the customers and her attitude especially towards her employees. Such a shame.
Passed by at 245pm Tuesday 10/25. Rudest person on the window. Clearly their headgear wasnt working well and she couldnt hear me and that isnt her fault however she treated me badly on speaker as if it was my fault, and then at the window as well, shaking her heard. Neck roll, rolling her eyes. Wrong person to provide a customerbservice. So sad. Go to 135th st store they are all welcoming there!
I asked cashier is this normal to have flies eating your sandwiches she gave me nasty looks, I wish I took the photo fly on sandwiches yucky
