I don't go to Starbucks super often so whenever I do, I'm never sure on what to order. I asked the barista to surprise me! Just wanted something iced and sweet. And she made me some kind of caramel iced coffee creation! It was sooooo good

Most dirty Starbucks place. Floor was dirty with napkins. No a single employee dare to pick them up adter passing through them. The tip is obligated, even when you are only pick up your coffee- waiting for 20 minutes. I still don't understand why we have to tip when there is only regular service offered for what they get paid for. We are heading in the wrong direction, hope sense and courage come back to this country.

Excellent service and delicious breakfast! Dark roast coffee, grilled cheese on sourdough and banana nut loaf.

Worse food service and customer service ever
Manager do not letting to explain the situation interrupting and talking back
Staff after 3 times repeating still order made wrong drinks
Was waiting for 25 minutes and was told my order still not came out?
Never seen such a slow and disorganized Starbucks in USA

Asked for a black pike no sugar. Was given pike with milk and sugar. Asked again. This time no milk BUT STILL WITH SUGAR. Third time it worked. I mean, how hard is it to pour a cup of black coffee? The easiest order ever. They waisted my time and two cups of coffee. Unacceptable.

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and some of the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. There’s not one employee with any sense. They’re slow, rude, and do not know how to make a decent cup of coffee. Due to my hotel being located right next to this Starbucks location I tried it multiple times and most days my coffee tasted like hot milk water. YUCK. This location has left a bad taste for Starbucks. What a waste of time and money. Next stop, corporate.

No matter the time, this location is always backed up. Even if i put in a mobile order, i am often waiting longer than 8 minutes.

First time giving a bad review but after three straight issues this place need to change. My family will now be done with this location and probably Starbucks as a whole. I have now walked out twice in a row without my items after paying. The last time I never received a regular hot coffee with cream and a plain bagel with butter. I asked after approx 25 minutes of waiting inside. They said it would be right out. After another 22 mins I asked again and then walked out. This last time I waited over 30 mins for the bagel for my daughter but did get my coffee right away. When I asked they said it would be right up. Then about 8 mins later they told me they don't have any plan bagels. So I told them that's ok and walked out. I do not yet or cause any disturbance ever in any situation but now over three stops I have spent over $25 and ended up with two coffees. The tickets keep printing and they took care of tons of cars in line that were not all there when I came in and at least 4 other customer that came in to order in person after me each time. I promise it is nothing I do as I hold the doors for people, am very polite, always tell hard workers to have a great remainder of their day and so on as I run a company in the area. But twice in a row I was unable to get something for my daughter in the morning prior to going to work which is something I love to do as she does not see me most of the day into the later hours due to the long hours we put in each day. You need to higher people that serve people in order versus making priorities possibly with the cars in the drive through. I prefer to come in to give joy to people. I pay for people's items at times also. Very disappointing and I finally felt like this deserved a complaint. Not looking for anything in return as I am now walking away from my family support this company with our hard earned money but I just wanted voice my opinion to maybe help them fix there issues for people less fortunate as me.

Don't like the coffee here. I really don't see why people like the coffee here. Go and get Cuban coffee, now that's the best coffee

It’s always random if this place is going to be backed up in the morning or not, don’t anticipate a quick in and out, plan to spend 10-20+ mins waiting for your drink. Staff is always nice so this isn’t on them, probably just poor planning on the owner/managers side by failing to keep up with the demand.

Order one hot coffee, iced coffee and a latte. Waiting 30-40 mins for three drinks is not acceptable. Shut down the dine in services if the staff can’t handle it.

Horrible mobile order experience. Sat and waited for 40 minutes while they went through 40 cars in the drive though and then got sass when I dared to question the omnipotent barista lol. We all know that it’s pressure from corporate to ignore every aspect of the store and favor drive through, but it was ridiculous.
