Wes was just incredibly rude to the customers and his employees. It’s unacceptable the way he speaks to and treats them. Employees are wonderful, but someone who is supposed to be in charge should not be mocking his employees. The other manager, Forrest, was a lovely guy, highly recommend going when he’s there. Don’t recommend when Wes is there

The staff work diligently and efficiently like a well oiled machine.

The orders are accurate and promptly received.

The establishment is clean and organized.

I cannot say enough nice things about this Starbucks. This location is my absolute favorite; my coffee is perfect every time, no matter what drink I order. Every staff member I have encountered in store and drive-thru are always so kind, and they are always sweet to my kid when she’s with me. It doesn’t matter if it’s early in the morning, or if they’re in the middle of a rush, they are always consistent with their customer service.

You lost a customer for life. Look up where their money is going. It’s all over TikTok. Support a mom and pop shop instead

Ive always enjoyed this Starbucks. It’s easy to get to and the drive thru is smooth and easy. Trying the chestnut praline latte. The staff is always in a good mood! I use Starbucks to conduct business and I love the fact that they have outlets you can use, tables big enough to work at. Thanks!

I come in every single morning, get the same drink every day, the largest size, in the same size cup, every morning.

I mobile ordered, even checked to make sure I selected the right thing, and this is how full it was when I picked it up. Makes no since.

They venti Trenti’d me, but again …. I ordered the largest size and they didn’t fill it all the way. And the “manager” who came over to me offered to fill the rest with milk. That’s a terrible alternative and that’s just someone who doesn’t know what they are doing lol.

I come in every single morning, get the same drink/size/cup and that was just extremely dumb and should not have been put out ready for pickup like that.

I always have good experiences here, but today, again, was honestly just so dumb.

What set this starbucks than starbucks is the staff. They are totally understanding and kind. Restaurants are tough and I understand. But when are able they can really make your day. They are especially patient to people who arent starbuck regulars Thank you Estero Starbuck Crew.

This Starbucks represents the brand very well. Quality drinks made the same each time, quick turning drive-thru, friendly staff. They are knocking it out of the park!

I visited this morning via drive thru. I ordered an iced white mocha, pumpkin bread, cake pop, muffin, and egg bites. At the window I was asked if I needed a straw which was odd because I can’t drink the latte without one as it has a dome lid. Not a big deal. What really upsets me is that I was missing the egg bites and I was charged for it. It would be helpful if the person could double check that the bag has all of the food in it before handing it to the customer. I pulled away so I wouldn’t disrupt drive thru times but next time I will have to stay and double check my own order. No one wants to park and come inside for a mistake after waiting in a drive thru line during peak.

This location has the Best customer service & a comfortable atmosphere.

Manager is RUDE! THREW THE TIP SELECTION DEVICE INSIDE MY CAR, twice. This wiseguy obviously doesn't care about sanitation or the health and welfare of Starbucks customers. Tips are a given but Starbucks is trying to FORCE customers to tip by shoving this contraption down customers throats!

Either you need better management that can evaluate the strengths and employee combination that makes a better experience for the customer. That, or don't hire a slow elderly lady and put her in drive thru along with some young kid who doesn't have a sense of urgency.
I came in and waited a long time in drive thru because the woman taking orders took a while to complete the orders. Then at the window the young lady was trying to wake up and yawning and didn't notice the other employee hand her my drinks and food. She began working on other drinks behind her. You need better employees with a sense of urgency and who are awake by 7: 30. I asked for extra cream in my coffee but it was clearly the average amount because it wasn't the correct shade but at that point i had been in the drive thru for 20 minutes and had to leave. If I am going to spend $15, I would like it to be correct and with speedy service. PLEASE FIX.

We love ordering online & picking it up here. No fuss & always ready when we pull up. So much easier!
