alysa at the drive thru window gave exceptional service, she was so sweet and helpful with my complicated order of 5 different drinks, i really appreciate her charisma and energy so early in the morning!
Worst freaking service ever. I ordered my drinks 10 minutes ahead of time and still waited 20 minutes after I got there and they were supposed to be ready. No on even acknowledged me of why I was standing there so long to ask if I need help or anything. All they are doing is just casually making drinks and chit chatting with each other.
I used to go to the store all the time until the quality of their drinks went down. I go to various Starbucks across the Miami area and this is by far the worst. With service, and product quality. The last time I ordered my drink through the drive-through They incorrectly made it, and I returned it at the window. After doing so, they handed me back the exact same drink that had just been re-blended. I proceeded to talk to customer service about this and nothing has been changed. The quality at the store has gone down tremendously and I’m honestly just disappointed. The entire new round of staff that they have hired is rude and doesn’t care about customer service. As I’ve said that my drink is made incorrectly in the drive-through before and I brought it up to their attention, and have been met with rolling of the eyes and scoffing. Honestly just disappointed the way that the store has gone downhill
Keep 5 dollars from my change ordered 5 drinks and took 45 minutes and got drinks all wrong. Camilla was they lady.
Hello! They did so hot matcha so I burned my tongue and also there is dirty in restroom, it looks like they didn’t clean a sink a month
Good place to connect with your laptop and concentrate. The place has attractive decoration, good temperature and is pleasant to be in.
Very poor attention. A couple of young people serving with little enthusiasm, when placing the order they do not call you to deliver it but leave it there on the table and you grab it when you realize it.
I am a Latina tourist and somehow I did not feel welcome according to the treatment of the boy who served us, who is evidently originally from the USA.
The truth is I have no desire to go back.
The only thing I can say is that the croissant tasted good.
Terrible service, the place is dirty, the employees do not call the customers when the food is ready, they speak super low as if they did not want to call anyone, but yes, you can hear the entire place when they are laughing, that is, It's not due to lack of voice, the bathrooms are dirty (extremely dirty), the tables are dirty and they are too lazy to clean them, the worst experience I have had in any place in the USA. Terrible!
The shift supervisor, bobbi, was really rude and refused to make my drink and told me to keep driving when I stopped at the window.
"Worst, I have been to the house of the homeless, and they aren't incapable of hosting quite a few students. However, if you have a service dog that gets nervous because the place is extremely loud, they ask you to leave. They are hilarious. Unfortunately, only 22,000 people have read my profile. I wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting for an order that I never received and on top of that they gave me a refund with a really bad attitude. I will never come back
Good location but the cleanliness of the place is non-existent! Super dirty Garbage everywhere. The trash cans overflow with garbage. The floor is dirty as are the tables. There is no soap in the bathroom. I've been at different times and nothing seems to be different!
I used to love coming to this Starbucks, but lately they are out of everything. No cold brew, no whipped cream, no tea. The shift coordinator, Bobbi needs hospitality training. He told me to watch my mouth and don’t swear? All I said was God Damn, when I kept asking for product, they don’t have or refuse to make. The Starbucks on 87th needs new management. It’s gone down hill. On to 79th I go. So sad, this was once a great Starbucks.
This Starbucks is filthy, it’s the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I got here early AM, so you would think it be clean starting the day, but there is trash everywhere, all tables are dirty, all plants outside are dead. You can definitely tell they haven’t done any sweeping or cleaning in what it looks like EVER. Tables outside don’t even have their chairs and old drinks from previous days just piled on tables outside. The Starbucks is nice, modern and fairly new, so it’s sucks that it’s so dirty and I inviting.
Ordered ahead on the app for drive thru. And waited 25 mins and still haven’t got my drink.

I really recommend and loved this location in Doral. It wasn’t as busy as expected, nice quiet spot to chat or study. The Baristas were fantastic and had great energy/ attitudes. Especially Jazmine, she was very fast and made sure to make our coffee exactly as requested. She made the best Salted Carmel Ice Coffee and Pumpkin Vanilla Ice coffee. When in the area, I will only return to this Doral Starbucks location. They know how to make coffee!
Terrible service from all of the employees including the manager. I love Starbucks but how sad to receive this service from a store that I like so much.
Michelle the manager and her employee Nick & Ben denied to remake my drink that I got that was water downed through an uber eats order, they told me I had to go through them when I was already in store and it's the barista promise to make their customers happy and remake a drink, it takes longer to argue than to remake the drink, one of the supervisors George had approved the remake of the drink when I called and she denied me in store after getting approved, super upset about this.
Is there a manager in this store? I go often but the drive thru collapse regularly. If the owner sees the amount of cars that leave due to the long line that do not move he will do something about it. I saw at least 10 cars leaving Today before I decided to leave as well.
