Starbucks, Orlando FL

I always get the same thing and they made my Strawberry Acai just perfect with extra juice. Staff was pretty nice but nothing crazy special. Store was clean and good sized outside seating area.

You get Starbucks I would recommend the chocolate chip frapp with replacement white mocha and keep drizzle on top.

Found this Starbucks to be very packed, so is well used all day and quite a bit of people getting work done at their laptops. Seems to me there should be another Starbucks near narcosee and moss since there definitely is the demand.

I only use the drive up here but it is very convenient and always extremely friendly, the kind of place that you always want to leave a tip!

Baristas are so nice and always make my drink right! Super deliciousmy only problem is the drive thru line, always long and they are very slow.

This store is THE MOST SLOWEST STORE in the planet, 23 minute to get a coffee at 6: 30 a.m. With 7 baristas? Ridiculous if you ask me. Do not meet Lake Nona Customer Service Expectations. Lord help us!

Slowest drive thru ever. Takes 10 minutes to get your drink after ordering with only 2 cars ahead of you. Also, I don’t think they are putting the correct amount of espresso in their drinks.

Always find a good yummy selection of drinks, a sweet selection of sweets. A plentiful selection of hot and cold drinks. Great atmosphere and great views. Free wifi, and plenty of seating.

Used to really love this location, it looks like all the old staff has been pushed out. Not as warm and friendly, but the order was accurate so I would return

Terribly slow drive thru. Waited over 12 minutes in the drive thru when there were only 3 cars ahead.

I went here at 10 P. M.to buy 4 coffes and it was closed, they ate suppose to be open till 11;00P. M.

Takes about 10 minutes to get a small coffee inside the store where there's 3 customers and 8 employees

The services of the drive is terrible service they treat you with great haste and they are wrong of order and they do not offer the proper orientation of the products, they did not give us napkins and they closed us the window in the face in a hostile way.

Recommendation; give training about client services!

Gotta have my Caramel Fraps! Usually its a quick service in this location and friendly service.

Third time I've been shorted on my restreto shots.drinking Starbucks since 2004 I think I know the difference between 2,4, or 6 shots in my coffee.

Great place to stop on by when you are about to jump on i75 before a long trip. Staff here works insanely quick.

They make a mistake to my drive Tru order so I parked to not block the line. They took like good 10 minutes to started after joking about it Never had a problem before but my barista was obviously taking extra time to give me a hard time. I am not the kind of person to complain or hurry up anybody, I work at customer service. Just wrong I paid for the extra. I have coffee at home but use to love going to Starbucks and feel pampered my day off.

2 steak egg wraps, both Frozen in the middle. Total bill 3 coffees and 2 wraps 25 bucks.wraps tossed in trash. Eww.

Staff friendly and eager to please. I go especially for my chai tea lattes. They also carry many lunch items and pastries. I love the atmosphere as well!

It's nice like all Starbucks but, coffee is ok, McDonald's coffee is better and cheaper and the milk (creamer) doesn't taste rotten like starbucks.
