Starbucks, Islamorada FL

This place is filthy! The tables were sticky and not wiped. The staff were friendly but please provide a clean place for customers to sit and enjoy breakfast. Couldn’t wait to leave!

So busy and the staff is not good. They were to busy telling jokes and going outside to talk to friends. They left out an item from my order. Some staff members didn't have on their uniform so did they actually work there? It's the only one for another 80 miles heading to the Keys so it's the only one. Skip this one

Half way to Key West from Miami.a good place to get a coffee for the rest of the way to KW or Miami!

Another starbucks! And the worst is thatanagers, or workers dont enforce the non-smoking sign and policy! One of my pet peeves!

A standard Starbucks with indoor and outdoor seating and has restrooms as well. Located at the prime place and would be lively as almost all the travellers stop by to grab their caffeine dose.

Coffee as usual, wanted to buy another French Press coffee pot, mine got broke on my trip. They did not carry one, very disappointed.

Horrible experience. Due to traffic, the store was slammed, but I’ve never seen Starbucks employees move so slowly or be so unorganized in how they handle orders. They needed to be caffeinated. Waited 30 minutes for two simple lattes after ordering. Please train your staff here.

Ordered a few frappucino's and a white choco Mocha. Everything was perfect but the mocha was a bit sweet. When we asked if the employee could throw it away she offered to make a free new one, which was not sweet. Very good experience!

Prwdictably good coffee and fast, friendly service. Great place to meet a friend and viait for an hour. Plenty of parking and totally handicap accesible.

A good place to stop for coffee when traveling down to Key West. Has all the things one would expect to find at a Starbucks.

Nice location like most Starbucks. My only comment is that they don't offer dark roast after 12 pm.

Very neat location to stop ok no the overseas highway. Clean restrooms. Very good drinks. We had Caramel Frappuchinos Grande. They were huge and delicious.

Slow and lazy employees. Took them 10 minutes to get my order done and I was the only person in there. Kinda sad.

Stopped here with a bus of 17 - the staff was great! So Friendly and Kim was so helpful - fast service! We were on the road to the airport in no time!

Easily the worst Starbucks on the East coast. Went there with my girlfriend who is an actual Starbucks Partner, and not only would they not honor her employee discount they both our drink orders completely wrong! The Goliath grouper off the coast would make better baristas

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Starbucks. We asked for 3 items and one being a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Not only did the barista not know how to make this drink, but she didn’t ask and she made it a smaller drink size as a cold brew with just cream. Our other two drinks were green iced teas and both were primarily water. Highly disappointed, don’t waste your money.

Closed. Hours stated were incorrect, and they closed four hours early. That's not exactly a short drive from Marathon.

Update: Came back another time. At least this time they were open, but no WiFi. Left immediately and passing this one from here on out.

I love Starbucks and left this location disappointed and annoyed. The lady at the cash register was rolling her eyes at my order. Not because it was complicated but because there were six of us and each wanted a food item and a drink. Only one drink was “special order” and even then it was just leave room for cream and sugar. I asked for an undertow and that is when the cashier rolled her eyes. And then wrote the undertow down wrong and it got made wrong. They also forgot a drink in my order completely and served three people before we told them they forgot my sisters drink. Unto which the barista went to ask the cashier about it (understandably so). The cashier again looked off out and we heard her say we never ordered it yet we got charged for it? Worst service I have ever had at a Starbucks and the cashier really needs an attitude adjustment. If you want to know who the cashier is today is March 30 and we went in around 0900.

It closes at 5pm.totally inconsistent with the chain hours. One of the major value propositions of choosing a coffee chain such as Starbucks is the fact that you know what to expect. That was not the case here.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! Every single person working there seems like they hate their lives and have zero ounces of customer service in them. Keisha took our order very hesitantly and it seemed as though she wanted us to wait longer than everyone else to get it all- didn’t listen to the fact that I wanted my Starbucks card to be reloaded and used and looked at me like I was an idiot when I asked why she didn’t do as I asked! Do yourselves a favour and get your caffeine intake from else where. No one at this location will even smile at you. Ridiculous.
