I definitely would not recommend this place. I had to pay first before I could see my vehicle which they knew they damaged and it had a flat front driver side tire. The lady in the office called the owner he didn't respond. I went to view the truck then walk back to the office the lady had locked the door and refused to open it I knocked, I called, and got nothing. Finally after reaching the owner a week later to no avail he denied any wrongdoing. He interrupted me every time I tried to speak to him would not let me get a word in edgewise. Once I realize level of intelligence I was dealing with I just ended the conversation and filed a lien. Avoid this place at all cost

Several cars from another business were blocking my business driveway. Sheriff's office told me to call any towing company to have cars removed, as I had already spoken with the owner of the other business, to no avail. Starks told me they can't tow anything for at least 24 hours of vehicles blocking property. Florida law shows that to not be true. Not when those vehicles are blocking traffic/access to business etc. This can happen even without signage-which there WAS on my property. Seems like the guy who answered just didn't want to do it.

Devin was really helpful and careful in towing and moving my car to the destination, friendly guy that shares car fixing tips. Thanks for the service:)

This company was dispatched by law enforcement due to a traffic crash. They require cash only for tows that arent going to their property. The owner is arrogant an unprofessional.

Great experience here, Margo helped us so much because we are young and confused. She was so patient even though my friend caught an attitude. Loved it here please be patient with the workers they are just doing their job!

It should NEVER happen that a worker yells, cusses, and hangs up on a customer. Period. Terrible experience. 0/10

Would give zero stars if it were possible. I was in a wreck, and I didn't know I was expected to carry cash for an emergency. They took Two Hours to tell me what I owed for their horrible service. Luckily I found a nearby ATM so I can get them the money they didn't deserve. I could only imagine how horrible it would be, if I didn't have an emergency fund in the bank They don't take credit card. Yeah, good luck with that, and the way money is transacted these days. Bryan was the worst.

This was my first time calling for a tow (‘73 VW). Hank called to confirm my location and let me know when he’d arrive. When he got there he walked me through the steps and explained what I needed to do. Very professional and super easy to work with.

Devin, from Starks Towing, picked up my car. He was very nice, informative, and helpful. He kept in contact with me throughout the time waiting, and had my car on the tow truck within minutes! Thank you!

Devin arrived to my house in 10 min, wrote me the check, detach the tag for me, and was very friendly. Fastest service ever! Ask for Devin when you call this business!

Horrible experience, would give them zero stars if possible! Margo hung up the phone and stated I was wasting her time when all I was trying to do was pay them the fees and prevent my brothers drivers license suspension. Once I contacted the owner, Brian said “There isn't anything you can do. ”

I’ve worked for the tax collector and I knew there was still something we could do, yet the company didn’t care.

We didn’t allow their disrespectful attitudes to discourage us. We showed up with cash and a tow truck to remove the vehicle from their property.

Honestly, not worth supporting a business that is terrible, unprofessional, and disrespectful and doesn’t care for their customers.
I didn’t disrespect them in any manner for them to give me this disgusting service.

We recently had Devin come out to pick up a car we were selling. He was incredibly helpful, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I appreciated the fact that he kept me apprised of his arrival time throughout the day.
