StateHouse Tallahassee reviews
15Super impressed with the staff at statehouse. I have lived in other apartments in tally and the staff has been nowhere near as professional or given me as much confidence in my living situation than statehouse! I took a virtual tour and Matthew went out of his way to answer all of my questions in as much detail as possible. I’m so excited to live here in the fall for my senior year, living NEW is 100% the way to go!
The statehouse team blew me away when I came in for a tour early this week. Matthew took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for and helped me choose the floor plan that best fit my needs. I’m so excited to live here next fall!
Brand new student living.beautiful locations.rooftop pools.etc! I can’t wait to live at statehouse varisty!
The StateHouse staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. This place truly offers the top amenities and location around, and staff did a great job promoting this. Can't wait to live here through my college years!
They’re super friendly and really easy to talk to! Whenever I had any questions they were more than willing to answer them and help me maneuver my way through the signing! If you are looking for a place to live I’d highly recommend Statehouse! Super excited to live here and can’t wait for next year!
Statehouse has been awesome! The staff is very helpful and friendly and they made the whole process of signing super easy! Great management and a great team overall
I tried to call to see what the rent on a D1 is but the girl refused to tell me! She kept trying to get me to do a tour and dodged answering my question several times, I should’ve asked for a manager but I was so irritated. How do you tour a place that isn’t even built yet? I looked online and it looks like a D1 is $955. That’s $250 more than what I pay for my current D1 apartment! And my apartment isn’t in a sketchy place like this place is; I’ve lived in tally for 3 years so I know when an area is bad. Go somewhere else, even college town is less expensive and it’s in a much nicer area
StateHouse is THE BEST! I came here to take a tour and signed on the spot because I loved it so much. Everything is so nice and the staff was so helpful! I can’t wait to live here next year!
AMAZING customer service! Every employee has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am more than satisfied with my decision to sign at StateHouse. They are easy to talk to, incredibly friendly, and very time-efficient. Whether it's giveaways, fun challenges, or live chats, they never fail to keep students involved and keep them up-to-date with their latest information. Can't wait for move-in day!
Statehouse is literally amazing. I toured a lot of other places when I was looking for an apartment for next year and statehouse is the only place who went above and beyond. Needless to say I signed very soon after touring.
Just called to try & get an estimate of renting a place here.the woman on the phone kept avoiding my question to push me into doing a tour.i told her MANY times that i just wanted to see my options that are possibly within my budget, but she instead kept asking me when i was available for a tour.i don’t want to waste my time on a tour if it is out of my budget.i can’t even imagine what living here would be like if they can’t even answer a simple question.i legitimately had to hang up on her because i couldn’t take her pushing any longer.absolutely ridiculous.
Living brand new has to be the best decision I could have ever made + all the amenities they offer are fire! Year 3 here we come!
Called Statehouse to get more information about living there because I'm moving to Florida next year for school. They were very helpful and made sure I knew all the about the amenities and everything included. The units are priced very well.some places can seem to be a bit high and not offer as much (which is why i'm signing at statehouse). I took a tour with Matthew and he was very helpful and it seemed like he genuinely cared about what I wanted in an apartment. Happy I get the chance to live here next year
I love Statehouse! Not only are they fantastic at marketing, their employees are nice people too. Katie helped my roommates and I sign our lease with ease. I’m practically drowning in Statehouse merch and I love it! Highly recommend signing with them. I can’t wait to live there.
Everybody in the leasing office was so amazing! My tour was with Brianna and she was so helpful and really nice. I ended up signing a lease to live at Arena next year and I couldn’t be more excited about it! Even after my tour StateHouse was kind enough to give me some awesome free stuff.
