Truly dissa for this work! The prices are very expensive, there are other companies that do their job better with a good price, I don’t recommend them! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Btw they report my review like fake, this means they don’t like the true.

In September, two of their service techs were at a home to which I was present at. When they finished with the quote for that home, I told them about another property with a glass shower door issue. The techs came to that house to look at it. They said if they had time that day they would be back to fix it, if not, I was to call the office the next day to set up a service call. The next day I called the office, of which they didn't know anything about these guys coming and saying this. I asked to set up a service call, they were going to call me back that day to let me know the schedule.no call back.
I called back a couple months later to let them know the issue was now worse and I needed to schedule their service. I gave the woman the address, still no knowledge of the home. I told her the home I met the guys at originally, she said they didn't have that address on file either. Not sure how they run a business, because that other house not only received her quote, but bought custom glass from them, and yet no record was kept. Anyway, the woman on the phone said she would look into it and call me back to schedule a tech.no call back again!
A company like this COULD HAVE been a great asset for a property management company of my size, but I will NEVER attempt to call them again. What horrible customer service!

I don't know about the company itself but their drivers are horrible. I live in Kissimmee and see them all over and every time they are cutting people off or driving like a holes. Like the guy in this photo. Drove in the left turn lane then cut Infront of the person in the straight traffic. All because he didn't want to wait.

I was looking for a glass to replace in my refrigerator shelf. And came across this company and Kissimmee price was very reasonable. And the service was great and fast. The young lady at the front desk was very nice as well.remember her name.

Outstanding customer service. Resonded to all the questions quickly and I got my job done in one day.

Rose is always wanting to help. I recommend this store because of her attention with the customers. All orders that I did went right on spot, no problems at all.

I ordered two sets of shower glass doors in December. There were some back and forth, but they originally scheduled installation for end of January, then moved it two more times. They finally came and after an entire day only completed one panel of one shower. I’ve now been trying to confirm when they’d be coming back and have been on hold for over 20 minutes just to get an answer. Just found out that they mid measured multiple pieces and will now take another 2 weeks. Isn’t it wonderful that a refund was made after more than two months of waiting and completely screwing up the order just because of receiving a negative review. I hope other read this and realize they should find another business to work with.

Good service, delivery was complete, I don't know what to think about the price because it is the first time I have bought crystals.good parking and they speak Spanish too!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this company. The work was low quality. Scratches and excess glue left behind And when I called to report the issue they never sent anything to inspect the quality of the work. This is in my living room area where everyone can see it. This was a $3,400 Job and you think they would appreciate that. In the process their mirrors in the truck killed a portion of my grass because the sun reflecting created a laser and burnt my grass. I sent them pictures and videos And no one ever responded. I gave y'all 4 months to at least send someone to look at the work but now I have to let everyone know. Would not use this company again.

Very professional, helpful and pleasant staff. Phone answered quickly & they have a great product knowledge. They sell extra equipment that may be needed such as sealants/caulk but it's a shame rolls of gasket tape isn't available. Also sell mirrors & shower screens.

I just want to say THANK YOU! OMG fast and helpful when most needed! In my work this guy's keep breaking windows and I just call and have them ready in no time!
