Assunta was just fantastic. My partner and I just bought our first house but during the process Assunta walked us through everything and even explained certain things in detail which made the whole home buying process super easy. Normal agencies don’t answer the phone repeatedly screaming Hello repeatedly. Give people more then one sec to speak. Tried to inquiry about a property, assumed they knew the property I was asking about instead of verifying the address. Wouldn’t really listen to simple questions regarding the property. Lost a sale due to attitude and lack of professionalism.
