The motel is great to stay at, it's just the people's who stay in room 13, they is no good stay away from them,

Great access to airport. Room was clean & nice with ample space, dresser and closet space. I recommend.

Good hotel. The manager was very professional and helpful with anything you need. They had a great common area for you to sit and meet others or just enjoy the view.

Most are stuck on fair tale accomodations for the low low, well this is bang for yer buck action dig

This place is a slum. Do Not Stay here! It sounds like a Major chain hotel but is an old, tired hotel that must be a century old. Hotels.com also seriously “misrepresented” this place as 7.2 Good. Smells, dusty, no regular TV channels. I stayed 5 minutes, asked for a refund, which was refused, and left.

Room smelled bad, windows were broken and would not open. Cockroaches on the wall. Run down, a dive.

We took an uber and arrived at approximately 11: 30AM and confirmed "room registration, " as the front desk called it. She was rude. The place appeared to be a dump and smelt like cigarettes (both around the hotel and in the front desk). It did not match the beautiful pictures online. I think it is important to be honest and straight forward when advertising your business/hotel. I certainly wouldn't have booked this hotel if the pictures were honest.

My wife and I decided to spend an additional $160 just to get a decent hotel around the corner.

I personally think this place is very comfy - and I love how quiet it is at night / it gives me time to reflect and sleep …. Thank You Stay Inn! I hope this continues positive thank you!

Absolutely disgusting! Full of live roaches, I wouldn’t allow my dog to stay here.checked in and checked right out but they wouldn’t give me a refund. Check the pictures for yourself

I gave a 1 star because the young lady at desk was very nice. Would not recommend felt unsafe room was clean but needs a lot of work. No hair dryer shower works but hot is cold and cold is hot. Gave us 2 bath towels 2 face cloths small shampoo and quarter size soap.

I'm going to say this and I'm sorry Hector. They are more into making money then providing a safe place to stay. I stayed paying early every week For a month and for the fact they rent to anyone has attracted a lot of bad people! It's a beautiful place but in this case air b&b is hurting there status! I was wanting my "apartment " but After seeing what I saw today there's trash living there and I no longer wanna spend my hard earned money living in a trap house!

If I known that they bed frames but made out of wood and a mattresses sitting on top of a plywood I would never paid my money for a one night. Then on top of that it was a old dress sitting in the room that wasn't in good condition. I need a refund back

Staff was very nice but roaches were bad, no toilet paper holder, broken, no handles in shower, wrong toilet seat on toilet, we left as soon as we could.

I would rate it a 0 if possible. Pics are NOTHING like the room we were given and we were told it was the best and had just had an overhaul. Bed was made of 2x10's and plywood, everything was stained or had evidence of it (comforter, walls etc). Flyer saying that they had been mandated to spray for bugs (after our stay was supposed to happen). What appeared to be homeless people sitting outside our room. Extremely scary part of town. I have NEVER not stayed somewhere when I have paid for it. The husband and I went to dinner and decided that it wasn't worth risking our safety and stayed elsewhere. Booking.com should be embarrassed to have this offered on their site. Absolutely disgusting. We asked for a refund and of course were told no. Spend a little more and be safe!

I come down from Chicago to the keys once a month, flying in and out of Lauderdale so I spend a Sunday night in a local hotel before catching the early bird flight to Chicago Monday. This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel (this time i was in room 13-which had a weird access method) and all 3 stays have been basic and pleasant, 2 of the stays were in remodeled rooms, one was not.
The good: I check for bedbugs (I travel a LOT) and found none here, and no other bugs either. The room had been remodeled-euro style, and some of the. It was overall a clean, friendly place that I slept in without concern for a night.

The "MEH": there is a courtyard, and this is a "budget" hotel so there are people there sitting and conversing there. If you are accustomed to a wonder-bread life, the characters may be a little concerning, but really there are not drug dealers or sketchy people, just normal folks that decided that $200.00+ a night is a stretch-I suspect a couple of them are actually elderly, on a fixed income and are long term.

The sort of bad: There were a few things that were "off"-the TP holder was broken off the wall, the corner shelf that was in the shower was obviously absent, and the USB outlet near the beds was inoperative. I got 2 full size beds (checked both for bedbugs-none) in the room, and the mattresses were placed on plywood boxes-no bed springs and I assume for ease of cleaning, but when I moved the beds over, it was obvious that they had not been moved for awhile (I made about $0.85 in change). The WiFi was definitely weak performance-wise. It seems that they dont throttle individual connections and it is a shared connection so if there are 3-4 guests streaming the connection goes to garbage. The room entrance was a little odd (I was in room 13) and there was a little unlit hallway forcing me to bumble with the key for a second. The AC was kind of noisy and the windows were original to the hotel (and definitely had seen better days. Overall, i would stay here again when I need a room to check emails in (using my own hotspot), sleep for 7 hours and really nothing more.
The bad: The non-remodeled rooms really show the age of the hotel, and the design of the time was not meant for the same things that modern designs do. The non-remodeled room was definitely beat, but was all tile so built to take a beating.

Great service, clean beds, bathroom it's kinda small without air extractor but functional, good price for the place.

Overall it was a good experience. I did need to ask for toilet paper since the roll was almost gone when I checked in but other then that, it was comfy and clean. Would be an adorable place even more if it was just vacationers but you could tell some guests were only there to do other things.

This is the matters of my opinions! Its about comfort to me. And this place gives me comfort. More of a home feeling. The rooms setting for the mood is awesome to me.
