I've had an amazing experience! The apartment was brand new, with a great view and all the facilities were 5 stars. The personal who help us at the check-in/out were so nice and gave us many tips and recommendations to upgrade our stay. I highly recommend Stay Sol for your stay in Miami. You won't regret it!

I am Argentine and I decided to trust this service based on the recommendation of a family member and it did not disappoint at all. Excellent and immediate attention, location and privileged views. I enjoyed an impeccable and modern place, ideal for relaxing. Luxury and comfort guaranteed to go as a couple or with the family.

My stay at Stay Sol's Airbnb was fantastic! From the warm welcome to the cozy digs, every detail was spot on. Stay Sol was super friendly and went the extra mile with thoughtful touches. The place was clean, comfy, and conveniently located. Can't wait to return – highly recommended!

We stayed in the apartment in Hallandale Beach. It was our second time there. The apartment is perfect for our family of five, near the beach and in excellent condition. We only had an issue with the wifi the day of our arrival, but it was solved immediately. I would recommend this apartment without a second thought. Very good value for my money.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! We booked a reservations weeks in advance. Our trip is Thursday, on Sunday they called and said there was an issue with our unit and they would have to spit us up into 2 seperate units. That wouldnt work as we have young childen. At midnight they CANCEL our reservation without warning or any type of resolution or other options.now 5 days before our trip we will be flying into florida with nowhere for our family to stay. We called and are told there are no other units avaiable. THANKS STAY SOL

It is a company that has many properties and is far from concerned about providing decent accommodation to people.
We stayed at the Beachwalk Elite Hotels and Resorts in unit 2706. But I'm sure that this and all the units they have are the same.
Read Hyde's reviews. They clearly don't care about providing good service.

The accommodation was much worse than I imagined.
I had read reviews of the place that were not good and they were all real

Starting with the complex
People with slow reception and little quantity for all the people there are
Slow parking. They will take a while to get the car in.
The elevator is bad. They are not coordinated with each other and it stops again on a floor that is empty because the other one has already stopped, and only 2 elevators for all those floors is impossible.
Taking the elevator at 11 at check out time is torture.

The Department
The floor is total disgust, all dirty in raised places, very old.
The couch also looked dirty, I had to put a sheet on top because it was disgusting.
Poor quality sheets and padding
The pillows. A disaster
The mattress sinks, you move and shake the person next to you.
The paint chipped in several places and also places with humidity.

Surely they are going to answer me because I didn't warn them, they sent someone. It did not matter. The apartment is in poor general condition and cleaning would not improve it.

Know that if you are going to stay with this company, everything the reviews say is true.
Zero maintenance and reinvestment in your departments.

Oh I forgot. The umbrellas and pastries are shared with the accommodation that is in front of the beach, which is the Hyde, which is very many units, making it almost impossible to get anything and also the beach is dirty and ugly and added to that the pastries are old fabric. Which makes it a little disgusting to go to bed.

We had a really hard time with Stay Sol. They managed an Airbnb at Hyde Resort we booked and we were disappointed in the property maintenance (a lot of little things were broken like the garbage disposal, dishwasher, and towel rack) and the property accommodations (there was the bare minimum in terms of kitchen ware and it was low quality, wrong type of coffee filters for the coffee maker, a hole in the bedspread, the sheets were so pilled we couldn’t sleep on them and they wouldn’t give us replacements so we bought our own, and many other issues). In general, this company doesn’t care about your experience.

We had a great stay in Hollywood. The property was exactly as described and the communication was great. Highly recommended.

Would absolutely stay here again! The views from the rooftop of the ocean were amazing. The rooftop pool was very nice with a very nice rooftop bar for drinking, eating and socializing. Beach/boardwalk was a 5 min walk from the hotel/airbnb. I would recommend renting the bikes that they have available and ride them down the boardwalk. Lots of bars to have drinks or dine at. Everyone was super friendly and hospitable. The host was very hospitable and very quick to reply with any concerns we had. Thanks Stay Sol!

SCAM! Room was in horrible condition and smelled like sewage and mold, texted to inform them of condition of the room and waited for hours. No one showed up. These people left me and my family waiting for hours. Lucky for us the front desk managers at the Hyde Hotel connected us with another rental company with a better room. They do not value your business and they simply don't care. I eventually was able to get someone on the phone and she put me on hold mid sentence. Absolutely rude! She was zero help me and simply said they wasn't informed of the issue. AirBnB customer support did come through to give me a refund. In no way did Stay Sol help me or try to refund money to me. Do not book with these people you are risking your health in doing so.

When I say runnn and book do exactly that I cannot express enough how I enjoyed my stay even though we got rained out! It was just a breath of fresh air! Hyde Beach house was so convenient and super clean everything you need is here or within 10 mins distance. I really felt like I was home frfr. I will highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great time. Don’t wait but run and book! You won’t be disappointed! Oh yeah check in process was super fast and easy. I felt like a celebrity here lol. Thank you for holding up to the standards. I will be back soon.

Great place to book as the room was very beautifully decorated to make you feel like you were truly on a vacation by the beach. The wrap around balcony gave lots of great views of both the ocean and the bay! Definitely will be booking again here and with Stay Sol!

We were in Costa room 217 south. Very clean and nice hotel. We were only given 4 towels for 4 of us staying 5 days, no hand towels or kitchen towels or washclothes. We ask both stay sol (fast to respond) and front desk for days but never received them. Have a feeling this was on Costa after the 3rd. Time speaking with front desk! Cleaning crew would not just give us towels either.
Pool area was AMAZING! Short walk to the beach.
Great little coffee shop across the street with wonderful breakfast.
You can walk every where, no need for a car.
Overall wonderful stay and would return.

The View was beautiful. But none of the amenities were the oven in the microwave and the TVs all did not work. The oven was really a fire hazard it had to be shut off by the hotel maintenance

Our family was in town for the weekend. They really enjoyed their Stay at Sol's. The highrise Condo offers awesome views. The best part of our stay was watching the Sun rise and Set. The home was clean, safe, and quite spacious. The Condo is on a Resort so in addition to the bonus of on-site entertainment, there are some additional fees like Resort deposit and Valet. I think this was mentioned in the listing. Nonetheless our stay was well worth the money. We would definitely recommend. Thanks Sol!

The condo we reserved through Stay Sol was perfect in every way! Our condo had spectacular ocean views, and it was steps from the beach and great dining options. We have stayed with Stay Sol multiple times and are looking forward to our next day at the beach!
