My travel group uses Staybridge wherever we go because they have been consistent across the board. This visit was not any different. We know what we are getting.

This is a nice hotel. It is always modern, clean, employee friendly and the rooms are spacious with no funny smells. I appreciate the bathroom having a glass shower door instead of a shower curtain. There is a full kitchen in every room. Who wouldn't love that. It comes in handy without a doubt. The beds and pillows are so comfy. I also appreciate the ottoman in the bedroom. It's easy to sit and get dressed if you need it. The closet had an ironing board and laundry basket with extra blankets.

The most wonderful part about this hotel is I never hear anyone running around making noise. That is always a plus. My one and only complaint is there is a huge air vent at the top of the wall facing the bed closest to the window. The air coming out is arctic no matter what you setting you pick for the thermostat.

If you want to stretch out in the living area there is a couch and a desk with a TV.

Really great staff and front desk experience. Wednesday night free wine and the food was delicious! Free breakfast. Shuttle to airport. All in all a good experience

DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM HERE. Booked our rooms through a travel agency and had a confirmation number and arrived in Fort Lauderdale at 6: 30 pm and arrived at the hotel and our room was cancelled. Claimed our card was declined and rooms are canceled after 6 pm and resold. Management was terrible to work with and they could care less about the customer. They are there to collect a paycheck and go home.

Kiki should work the front desk of a prison, not the front desk of anywhere near hospitality. Trust me when I say take your business elsewhere, this place looks nice on the outside, but on the inside lacks zero class or accountability from both Kiki and her managers who 100% enable her behavior as it is theirs as well. Also read the other reviews, I’m unfortunately not the only one who has experienced the disgusting behaviors.

We were only there for one night, but our suite was just what we needed. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, two large bathrooms, and a cosy kitchen/living area. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Complementary breakfast was delicious and appreciated as we had to head to the airport airport early to catch our flight home. Definitely would say here again.

Kiki at the front desk is naturally amazing and made us feel important and comfortable. Tom was also very friendly and went above and beyond for us.

Completely wasted an hour of my life on this hotel. Apparently a confirmation number means nothing and you have to check into the hotel by 6 pm or they will cancel the room and resell it at double the price. The lady running the front desk at 7 pm on 12/29/23 is a horrible representation of a large hotel chain…. Oh wait she is just there to collect a pay check.

They deserve NO STARS

I was in town for a funeral and just needed a room for one night. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was good- I just had fruit, bacon and a toast but everything was well presented.

The room was clean and comfy
I would stay there again.

Not a bad room for the price. Cozy and clean. Breakfast was lack-luster but free is free. Pretty close to the hard rock which is why we stayed there. The market selection was kinda small. Will probably be staying here again.

The front desk lady was having trouble checking me in. Her manger and GM were standing right there and no one wanted to help her, the GM said “it’s not that serious”, finally at my request they did. The attitudes of the staff I have encountered have been awful. I asked for half and half for my coffee and they withheld it from me, saying I can only have it at breakfast. I had to ARGUE to get half and half! The staff are ambivalent. They do not care if you are upset and do nothing to help the situation. I would NEVER stay here again.

Well kept hotel. Very clean throughout! Rooms were fantastic, staff was friendly and courteous. Quiet 5th floor room with views of the Hard Rock. Complimentary breakfast. Highly recommended!

I was there to go to a football game and to go to the casino. This hotel was in close proximity to both. No complaints, especially the fact that I was able to book a suite. Plenty of room for four people.

Went to see a concert last night at the Hard Rock Live. This hotel was less then one mile from the venue and even offered free shuttle to the casino, but needed to find your way back. That was was fine. It was a $10 Uber back to hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly. Nice clean rooms, very spacious with couch and small kitchen. Free hot breakfast with multiple choices waffle, fresh fruit, oatmeal and real bagles. Definitely would come back to this hotel.

If I could rate the service and hotel ZERO I would! Do NOT stay here! Bullet points of my experience:
* My niece had issue with checking in, calls me and places me on speaker so I can speak with the Front Desk Agent. I asked the person for her name, to which she responded "Front Desk" then after I asked specifically for a name she said "Sandra". Well, turns out that is her real name. Her name is Deborah.
*My name is a bit complicated to pronounce and needed to ensure my email is spelled correctly so I can receive CC authorization form. After waiting for a few minutes, I called the hotel directly and guess who answered. "Sandra". I explained I have yet not received the email and when I proceeded to spell out my email her response "I know the alphabet".
* Sunday around. 9am - get a call in the room asking about what time we are checking out. I said, well checkout is at 11, Front Desk agent response "Well, are you checking out late? " to which my response was "No".
*Yesterday (Monday) at 1: 51pm I call the hotel requesting to speak with the GM and was told was not there. When I asked for the name, I was told "we do not give that information".
*Tuesday (today), I called asked for the GM and was asked for my name, why am I calling asking for the GM to which I got very annoy and said "need to speak with the GM". The person does not say "please hold" or "one moment" I hear music and then another person picks up. Well, at least said her name was Holly. I had to ask if she was the GM to which she said yes. I proceeded to explain the issues listed above and inquire about charges on my card. Holly was not helpful at all. I said I would be calling IHG Guest Relations and her response was "well, you can call and what they will do is inform me and then eventually I would have to contact you".
I'm a seasoned traveler (Platinum IHG Reward member) and I have NEVER experienced this type of service, actually NEVER experience this LACK of service.
So, if you are seeking for an extended stay or even for one night, DO NOT STAY at this hotel.

I usually use this hotel chain, but on this occasion it disappointed me, the hotel is very old, the lighting is too dark, it requires updating.
