Staybridge Suites Naples - Marco Island, an IHG Hotel

First, staff very pleasant.
Bed and sofa very comfortable
However, night staff 'back in 2 minutes' often for 20 MINUTE smoking out back at the same time!
Another night desk staffer, turn the volume on the front desk phones off (which accounted for no answer for almost an hour) and then was found sleeping!
None of the USB ports in the lamps work, phone ended up dying overnight;
Housekeeping staff didn't bother to make sure that the coffee pot lid was on properly, causing hot coffee to spill all over me on first morning!
And none of the staff including maintenance, and so-called IT (who was barely understandable-and admitted he was reading from a manual? !) Knew how to use the stream/cast from device- had to figure it out for myself! Turned out to be simple (but the later snoozing clerk said it was 'complicated'!)
Put the garbage cans outside the door on a weekend, and Too lazy to even put the new garbage bag in the can-Just left and hanging over the side for me to do!
Also funky odor in the great room area on weekends.
Nice Staybridge, great location but largely @#&$ show (but pleasant) staff. Checkin (and one desk person) was the only positive staff experiences.

I travel a lot and Staybridge Suites in Naples/Marco Island has the ideal combination of value, comfort, convenience and staff. Shout out to Kenji at the desk and Jim the night auditor for pleasant interactions.
Great accomodations, facilities and complimentary breakfast.
Did I mention location? Close to everything.

Was there visiting my brother who has been there over a month while his house is being refurbished. Has all the comforts of home. Great staff. Close to everything.

I really like this hotel for business travel. Great rooms, friendly employees and convenient location. Close to 75, Publix, and many restaurants. They have one of the best complementary breakfast I’ve seen at a hotel and also do a free social hour with appetizers and drinks.

Rooms are clean, breakfast was decent. Service has gone down since last year. Staff not very friendly.

NIA at the front desk was very cordial and helpful with information on limo services from Ft. Meyers to Staybridge for our upcoming stay.

The service was not good 2 days without acear
The room is not well cared for since we speak Spanish and cannot understand it, it is not recommended

The hotel provides very good service. The breakfast is very complete and three days a week they have a light dinner with drinks such as wine or beer included. The pool is not heated. The room had a brown carpet that looked old as did the sofa bed which had a very worn mattress. Impossible for an adult. The location is very good 20 minutes from the beach and Naples attractions.

New and well-maintained Staybridge Hotel in a good location.
Rooms are in the usual style. We were happy about a shower instead of the old bathtub. I was a bit irritated that the toilet didn't have a lid and you were constantly looking into the open toilet bowl.
The pool area is fantastic. Really nicely designed and there is a pool bar.
The breakfast buffet is decent, but unfortunately only plastic dishes. But you can bring your dishes from your room to curb the flood of plastic.
The location of the hotel is nice. Lots of greenery all around and numerous restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

A super nice new hotel. Beautiful pool area with palm trees and green areas. Enough parking available. Even covered. About 20 minutes from the center. Restaurants, Publix. Marco Island approx. 30 minutes. The large rooms are very modern. Large bathroom. American breakfast. It's OK. Fresh fruit, waffles, good coffee. But points are deducted for plastic cutlery and paper plates. An absolute no-go. Sustainability has not yet arrived here.

We had a wonderful labor day weekend stay at Staybridge. The staff was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. We still don’t get why this is a two star when the room, amenities and perks are so much more than 4 and 5 stars we’ve stayed at. Don’t forget to say hi to Luis who, along with his team, makes the most amazing breakfast.

Jim the night manager went out of his way to provide excellent service. The rooms are very nice they're clean comfortable roomy and they also have full size refrigerators microwave and even a stove top and dishes for cooking and dining! I only gave it a four on location because it's a little bit distant from downtown Naples at the beach and the expressway but it is easy to get to near have a 41 and State Highway 951 which are excellent Service Roads and easy traveling and fast. 6th

Good location only approx 15 minutes to Naples and 15 minutes to Marco Island. The rooms are nice and comfy, the service staff is friendly, the breakfast is ok, the pool was the best one during our round trip.
In summary highly recommended.

This hotel is an all time favorite, the amenities, the room quality and the hotel staff are beyond compare. We appreciate the attention to detail, cleanliness and professionalism we observed. Also, thank you to Luis who attended to the morning breakfast and to his professionalism, friendliness, eye catching detail in organizing, cleanliness and making sure each guest left with a smile. We appreciate him greatly as he made our stay extra special.

We came here for a little getaway and we didn't want to leave. This is a great hotel. Very clean rooms, large refrigerator/freezer, and all you need for a kitchen. The pool was very nice and we spent the day in the refreshing cool pool and the tiki bar was nice too. The free appetizers was very nice, we didn't have to leave the hotel to get food and the breakfast was very good. We will definitely be coming back and stay a little longer and use their huge grills on pool deck to cook some food.
