Staybridge Suites Orlando at Seaworld, an IHG Hotel

Stunning room. Huge bed, soooo much space, fantastic kitchen. The breakfast is amazing also the food at the free buffet on Mon, Tues and Wed is great. Love it. The location is fabulous, 2 mins to seaworld.

We had a suite, and it was sweet. 4 adults and 3 children under 7. It was wonderful for all.

Parents and ladies please beware of employee working there at staybridge by SeaWorld he goes by the name of Eric he looks like a fat stone cold He's the chief engineer he likes to talk reckless to the employees there aka housekeepers and he likes to stare down females that is at the workplace he is also a child predator you could look him up if you don't believe me his name is Eric don't know his last name but he's the chief engineer there please parents beware of this guy. Ladies please be safe around him have you pepper spray and don't do not engage any conversation with him he is of very dangerous man please be careful.

From the moment we checked in with Danny until we checked out everything was great! Omar was also a pleasure to deal with. We enjoyed the time at the pool and the breakfast was good everyday. This will be our place to stay anytime we come to Orlando.

We stayed 7 days with them. We only stay with IHG when we go on vacation, and we always have a great time. This time I was disappointed.
The good.the breakfast and social night were delicious. All employees smiled and said hello to us. The pool is great and the location is close to Sea World.
The bad.at check in we were told the room will be cleaned on Wednesday. It was never cleaned and on Thursday they provided fresh towels. The kitchen floor was so dirty I had to clean it with paper towel when we arrived as our feet were black after a few min of walking. There was hair in the bathroom. I don't need housekeeping each day, but if someone stays for 7 days at least vacuum the floors when you change the towels, or have a broom in the room and the guest can do it. Public hallways were constantly in need of vacuuming, elevator needed cleaning also.
On our last night our car (and 2 other cars) that was parked in their parking garage was broken into, someone tried to steal it. This created a lot of stress in the morning and we almost missed our flight. Eric did a wonderful job trying to help. I asked if a manager can get in touch with me but no one ever did.so unfortunately this hotel was a miss for us.

I loved my stay there it was just for the weekend a girls getaway with my granddaughter my mom and my daughter the rooms were nice and my granddaughter loved the pool.

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel, Mario at the front desk and Rob the maintenance supervisor were extremely professional and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

My family had the best time here. The rooms were very clean and convenient with a kitchen. The breakfast was very hot and delicious. The kids loved the pool. Rob and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the awesome service.

Very nice rooms and one of the best breakfasts I've had with my stay. Oh, and so super close to the two parks (Sea World and Aquatica).

Great place for SeaWorld. We had a great vacation and will be back. You can also see SeaWorld fireworks around 9pm.

Pros:
- Complimentary breakfast. Coffee tastes better than Starbucks and good for people with sensitive stomachs. Also, provide take out boxes

- Room is a great size, all products are from dove. Provide lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

- Have a laundry room 3.00 for both washer and dryer a bit pricey but the machines are big so makes up for it

- Hotel staff are friendly the ones who speaks English. Easy to work with and accommodating.

- Close to seaworld

- 7-11 across from the hotel

- Lots of restaurants in the area

Cons

- Only receive a full clean for your room if you book 7 days

- Light touch up is only during weekdays and lucky if they remember to come to your room

- Cleaning staff do not speak English.

- Do not clean weekends. A roach was crawling on my pillow over the weekend.

Conveniently close to Seaworld, the convention center and other attractions! Customer service is very good. Rooms are spacious! My family enjoyed our stay here for a few days! I highly recommend booking your reservation at this location.

I stayed in this hotel for an entire 3 months in 2022 while I went through a training program and it was nothing short of amazing! They treated me like family, as I had to be away from mine longer than I've ever had before. The hotel is very clean, the staff is great, the breakfast and dinner (Mon-Wed) was very good as well as convenient. I even cried when it was time to say goodbye to my extended family. Anytime my family and I are in Orlando, we will definitely be staying at my second home!

The rooms were spacious! I loved having an kitchenette with dishes, a stove, a dishwasher, and a full sized fridge! It was also nice having a living room separate from the bedroom. The breakfast was yummy and the location was great - not too far from Disney World and Universal! The only thing I didn’t like was that the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile.

Don’t fall for the “Free Shuttle to Seaworld. ” The hotel room was clean, and the girl who was working the breakfast
Buffet was wonderful. Aside from those two things, there isn’t much positive to say from our experience.

The concierge desk closes at 3pm for the day, and check-in is at 3, so there isn't anyone there to help inform you of shuttle schedules, and the front desk doesn’t have any information (at least they didn’t when we checked in). The shuttle only leaves every hour in the morning with the final shuttle leaving at 10: 20, with Seaworld opening at 9, that really only leaves 2 shuttles in the morning. The Seaworld gate is a 3min drive, or a 15min walk from the hotel lobby.

The breakfast selection was not great, with most of the breads being stale, and water based beverages tasting like sulfur (water, soda, coffee, tea, etc). The juices were fine and didn’t taste like sulfur.

The water in the hotel smelled very strong like sulfur, but all hotels we have stayed at in the area, including the water at Seaworld smelled like sulfur.

Overall, the staybrige brand was ok (we like staybredge), but the way this location is managed could be improved.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
Ice maker in our suite did not work the four days we were there.
Fold out sofa needed a new mattress.
Otherwise, fairly good short term stay
Loved the location.
