Steak 'n Shake, Davie FL

The smell of the store was bad. The fried was good but the sandwich wasnt so tasty and I got a stomach ache afterwards. Not coming back again

There is a young man that takes the order and he speaks like he's from another world or he's chewing gum. I could not even understand a word he was saying. He was supposed to say something like "Welcome to Steak and Shake how may I help you? " Instead he said a whole bunch of rubbish and for that I think that he needs to stick to making the food or cleaning up or something and not publicly speaking for this establishment. Not trying to be mean or anything but it's just the truth! How can you hire someone to take the order when they clearly cannot even say the name of the company correctly?

Food is good (for fast food) but be prepared to wait in drive through. Everything prepared on order so takes a while to get food order.

Takes forever 24 mins wait to be sited after that another 17 mins to take order all table dirty. And only 2 people workin and no buser.

Hambugers came out warm, bland taste, and the teenage workers were talking and laughing loud. It was hard to have a conversation with employees giggling and talking about a birthday party. Food was served quickly. I’ve eaten at other Steak and Shakes and this one is the worst this far. Definitely won’t eat here again.

The food was good but the waitress was horrible. She didn't bring our drinks till after we got our food and that was only because I asked for them. Everytime we asked for something I had to remind her. She would say ok then go to another table. They need to train the staff better. Not the first time something like this happened there. The food is always good though. Just need better servers!

Food was great but they have a bad service I was almost done with my meal when I hot my milkshake and that's because I told the waitress

Service was great. People need to appreciate the servers and workers more. They have to deal with a lot of customers bull. If you have time, clean up your table before leaving.

They need a visit from the health department. Not sure how they would pass an inspection. I gave it another chance and did drive thru instead and they closed randomly, ignoring the huge line of cars that had been waiting

Customer service needs a lil help.they are not rude, friendly but i got ignored for like 30 mins and not one of the waiters even asked if i was helped already etc. They just kept walking by my booth and serving everyone else around me. They didn't know if i had already placed an order or not very disatisfied then my order disappeared somehow so i had to wait yet again. Not dining there again.drive through maybe

I came at 2: 00 am. The bathroom was nasty I ordered my food to go online, it was ready. They were out of cookies also.

Worst service I have ever had. Waited for our order for over 45 minutes. Multiple people were complaining. Even the servers were frustrated. Looks like you need some leadership here

Slow. Slow. Slow. This Steak and Shake desperately needs new management. Been here 3 X within 8weeks and still there was a wait at 5pm. Avoid this 1 unless you have all the time in the world.

Weighted 35 minutes for my meal today December 06,2018 I wasn't the only customer concerned on where their order was we were waiting for about 35 minutes upon each customer asking the employees wanted to laugh at our inquiries about our food and the timing so I let it be known I will call corporate since you want to laugh in my face disrespectful and unprofessional

Good food. But. Service sux & very slow.
Bathrooms are dirty & staff is not polite & the female manager on day shift has NO sense of urgency.

Three tables seated AFTER us, 3 get their orders taken 1 gets their food and we're sitting there wondering why we didn't just go to a restaurant that appreciates its customers. Never again

This place had me delightful full of the best burger I had ever eaten. It's a really good place to have a comfortable, affordable dinner.

Had the #23 bacon egg & cheese breakfast biscuit which I had to throw out after one bite! The taste of old oil was all the way through it. The hash browns, coffee & milk were good, thus the star!

Order was wrong even though we were the ONLY PEOPLE THERE. It was a simple "leave these things off the burger" request via the app and EVERYTHING requested to be left off was on it. Again, we were the only people there, so its not a thing of being rushed and chaotic. It was simply the employee not caring to do it right.

Pretty sure the pictures are enough to understand why I will not be back to this location. The burger was a mess and super soggy (I live five minutes away) and the fries tasted like they made them last week. Not to mention I paid for a medium and barely got any fries at all.

Service was not friendly and could care less about anything and everything. Food was just not good. It's a shame because I've been to plenty of great steak n shake's.
