Steak 'n Shake, Coral Springs FL

Stopped by for the 1/2 priced shakes offered from 2-4pm.this visit was well worth the price and the ride over there. My party of three absolutely loved our shakes.the strawberry and cookies and cream were delicious.

Food was awesome, very consistent with the quality of meals and Shakes.
Waiting after order was 20 minutes at 5: 30 pm on a Friday.
Atmosphere. We could tell air conditioning wasn't working. We were in there Waiting and eating inside.
The floors were all wet with the temperature of inside. Hot.
No Caution Wet Signs to be seen anywhere.
Someone dropped the ball on this one guys. We eat here twice a month.

Steak and shake was built I'm personal service. With very few employees and automatic order takers the old standard of steak n shake is no more.

This is the slowest Steak &Shake I've ever been in. By the time you get your shake from the uncaring preparer, your hot food has become luke warm at best. For the prices charged I expect good, fast service. This location is the exact opposite. Won't return.

Food was good but the staff was rude, especially the manager. Drinks fell on the floor, and they were left on the floor. The place was not very clean.

Food dry, service slow, and a terrible experience wouldn't visit this location again. Don't recommend it to anyone who ate at a steak n shake before this location does not hold the standards of the steak n shakes brand. Disappointment.

Frisco melt was nothing like it used to be. Thin bread. 2 ounces of meat. They forgot our milkshakes. Finished my meal by the time they arrived.

They need to speed it up like the one in Davie on University and Sterling. Wasn't even busy busy and they were slow and behind. At least Davie eatery let you get your drink cup while they're preparing your order. Can't beat the prices though. Thank you Steak and Shake!

The place is dirty. It took 10 min to get 2 simple milkshakes. 2 ppl came in and got there food before me. Then i get the milkshakes no cup holder and the lids not on properly so guess what both in my car. How lovely.

Everytime I doordash a milkshake there’s never a sticker over the lid to make sure that nothings happening to my drink.

Always delicious, great fries and shakes! Prices are so fair. Love eating there but the table tops are always wiped with dirty or greasy water.

Everytime this shift at night with young adults on the shift it’s always a problem. Today was my last straw. Never coming again they play with my food everytime I order two cheese sauce in got this. Not even filled or even half way. Why we not serving food with integrity

Absolutely no customer service.
Apparently you have to order everything yourself via kiosk when you enter.
Live bugs on tables. Took over 15 minutes to get 2 shakes.

They never get the order right anymore. Last two or three times I went there and ordered a burger with no cheese. Each time they still gave me one with that nasty American (fake) cheese. I think they just didn't want to have to make one fresh, and pulled something pre-made off the heat lamp area.

1st time at steak and shake. The restaurant was very clean and organized. Our food came out quickly and it was delicious. Highly recommend trying!

Why have a pickup window if they're not gonna use it. Also if someone's standing there for 20 minutes ask them what their order is especially when you hold the food in the back.
