Steak 'n Shake, Fort Myers FL

I had not been to a Steak and Shake in Decades. The food is better than I remembered. Liked the atmosphere.

I just showed up 5 mins to close after working a double all day, I was so hungry and exhausted from a long day and these kind folks didn't have to serve me, but they were happy to and that made my night. Whoever was working on this Saturday night, I just want to say thanks again.

If you've never tried their chili spaghetti, you should give it a shot. Very tasty. Of course the burgers are always top notch.

Great burgers and shakes, I feel like this place has become way too underrated over the years and definitely deserves a big comeback.

The manager Michelle was very rude and when we asked about the $5 sack she had a rude response and didn't let us finish ordering she said she already sent our order through this rude people get paid to do a job and it's frustrating when they are rude and you have to go back and get the rest of your order

This place need some fixing their staff is horrible. They need to train their managers to do better. I’ve never been treated will so little disrespect in my life. I would suggest going somewhere else.

I miss how they would bring your food and why should you give a tip if you have to go pick it up yourself.

The places looks clean but smells pissy or something foul and the floor is sticky. Maybe they mopped with old mop water or something,

No service anymore. Just kiosk and wait. The food was very good. Banana shake. Cheeses fries. Burgers. Fast.

You took away the atmosphere when you took away the waitresses we really don't think we will be going back. Very unhappy

They make you pay for ranch and ketchup had to pay. 50 cents each…. Ridiculous. And definitely won’t be returning, I don’t like money hungry franchises…

Classic example of the chain with great food and milk shakes! Still the best burgers and chili, in a minimal service format.

I found it very hard to believe that when your Burgers just have ketchup pickle and onion that you can forget ketchup and pickle LOL come on people let's get it together

Horrible service and customer service, they force you to take an order that you did not ask for and then they do not want to return your money and they even threaten you with calling the police. Today the treatment of the manager happened to me, super unpleasant.

If you want a location with a wholesome experience. Come this location. If you need things done right. Come to this location. For a year now. I havnt evert been disappointed.

They do a great job. I don't live close but only eat at this location.
The steak sandwiches are consistently delicious. The food is always fresh. You can taste the care that's put into the food.
I strongly recommend!

The food is great however they have changed how they put the cheese on the fries. They now provide small cups which is not enough for the fries versus just pouring the cheese on the fries. Won't get anymore cheese fries from there.

I haven't been here in awhile but I like the new updates like kiosks to order and how they name you on the mic so you can hear your name even if your in the restroom for whatever reason

Great food. They had a lot of people in that day, looked to be a baseball team, they ran efficiently. Will go back.
