Amazing Lawyer, Ben took my call the day after I was arrested for my 2nd dui. I was possibly facing jail time and suspended license for a long period of time. Ben made sure I was calm and made me feel at ease that he was going to do everything in his power for me. His partner Darcey always kept me informed and up to date with everything that was going on. Hired Benjamin Stechschul, JD (Attorney) to handle a case. After more than 50 days, he had not read anything about my case. Had I followed his instructions inaccurate because he didn’t read the discovery (IMHO).

Go anywhere else. This is a complete waste of money and worse- this can destroy a life over nothing but laziness and absolutely no concern I can see for his client’s wellbeing.

And don’t expect a dime back. He’ll do nothing and make LOTS of excuses! But you can flush your money down the drain. It will be less aggravating.

And they’ll do anything to keep bad reviews from being posted- including lying, but I could easily prove I was a client.

I paid over $14 thousand dollars (over $14,000) for you to represent me in one issue. I thought you were so terrible, I decided to forfeit the money and go with another attorney, who charged a similar amount. That should explain what I thought of the value this attorney provides. I’d rather pay thousands of dollars for him NOT to represent me.

I was facing a likelihood of a second offense DUI charge which included jail time, $2k+ in fines, a revoke of my license for 5 years. I contacted Ben through a friend. Ben kept in contact with me and reassured me that everything was going to be alright when I was stressing out. I lost my job half way into the payment plan that Ben and I agreed on.

He was able to give me time to pay when I was late on payment. In the end I took a plea deal and got my case treated like a 1st offense. I hope to never use Ben again as my DUI attorney (I learned my lesson from a dodged bullet) but I highly recommend him.

Ben is brilliant, I was looking at 5 years for a felony DUI and he was able to negotiate probation no jail. God had put Ben in my life for a reason, I recommend him if you have a DUI or any other offense. I owe my freedom to Ben. He will work hard for you.
