I was involved in a three car accident whereby my vehicle was totalled and I was injured in my neck and right shoulder. The Insurance Companies feedback to me was the accident was partially my fault and they would agree to pay 20% of the value of my vehicle and a nominal amount for my injuries and "inconvenience" of the accident. I hired Steinger, Greene & Feiner to represent me. Mark Keislor my Attorney discussed the details of the accident with me, thoroughly reviewed the police report, witness testimonials and additional evidence. He determined the Accident was not my fault at all. During the process, Mr. Keislor and his Assistant was very responsive to my questions and kept me up to date on the progress of my case. In summary, the Insurance Company agreed on a Settlement on Mr. Keislor's offered terms an amount fifty times over their initial offer to me. My children and I were involved in a terrible accident in September 2020. We were rear ended and rolled over a guard rail. I contacted Steinger Greene and Feiner, not knowing what to expect. Lance Brubaker’s team of Noelle Massarda and Jason Connelly followed up immediately and got the ball rolling. Lance called me the following day and assured me and my sons that we would receive the care we needed. We were able to close the injury case by mid January. The team negotiated the maximum allowable benefit and we never stepped foot in court. They actually assisted in the liability case to replace my vehicle as well. I couldn’t be happier with outcome.

After a little of two years my case was successfully settled last month. Unfortunately my Fiance' and I were in a terrible accident back in January, due to a car hitting us while we were sitting at a light. It left us with serious, permanent injuries and no car.
