I was recently out of the country and had my MLS suspended for not doing a refresher class, this class was regarding info to a new form MLS wants us realtors to use with each transaction. I completed the course and am now being told I have to pay $175 to re instate my access to MLS. I already pay $1200 per year and now and additional $175 for this. I'm super upset and will be switching to ORA. OSCAR is a bunch of liberals and I wouldn't recommend my enemies to use them.

We highly recommend Nikki. She lives and works in Ocala and found just the right house for us in a day. We tried other realtors who didn't listen to our needs and what we wanted. She knows her stuff and got us the inspection in one day and Paperwork done in one day. If you're looking for the best Nikki is the one to work with. She made it easy and very fast and efficient.

I am continually unimpressed by this "service. " One of the hallmarks of being "the only game in town, " is that you have basically no accountability and don't have to listen to your customers at all. When they only have ONE CHOICE, you can screw them over with outrageous fees, poor service, and lack of responsiveness. From the CEO on down, the culture at Stellar MLS seems to be, "If you don't like it, TOUGH! You have to buy our our product because there's no other option. " How very "stellar. "

As a web platform it's high class, lots of features and apps you can use. They also have free classes live or online to attend. They usually give you advance notice if you forget something, before they fine you. They actually answer the telephone and help you out. The only thing is that you pay alot for all this between $1600 to about $1900/ year. They tied in MLS access with Realtor, which keeps the fees very high, especially for a small business.

Stellar MLS and it's staff are worthless. If you are a real estate board that is considering joining this Cartel I suggest you choose any other option available.

If you’re looking for a company to help you with property theft ask for Connie. She’s that agent to help family members steal. I was half owner of a home on a million dollar property she sold and with her “Christian values” she did everything to help the other party steal everything they could. Connie never once while selling this property that I was part owner of since the age of 17 communicated with me, I reach out and no response. Connie absolutely knew from the start she was helping her client steal and helped her every step of the way fully knowing the extreme abuse, lies and manipulation of her client. No one deserves to be another on of her victims, Connie is going to care about the money over basic human decency or integrity.

These "stellar" employees DO NOT RETURN A CALL NOR DO THEY ANSWER THE 5 EMAILS SENT. But, when they send you a bill, they answer right away.bah!

The mobile version and website version not working again this is the third tike this year. After they raised the costs. Unacceptable

Think it's OK to sell a house not under contract and when made aware they do nothing about it. Scammers!

Rental Lease Fee commissions should not be allowed to be listed under $300 on the MLS. This is disrespectful and a spit on all of realtors faces. Shame on you MLS for allowing this to happen.
