Breakfast Restaurant Stella's reviews
18Love Stella's! Nice to have breakfast outside and they are super dog friendly. The menu items are great and their specials always deliver.
Loved the atmosphere. People enjoying their food outside with their dogs behaving under the table. Awesome wait-staff. I really enjoyed their grits. Check out their bathroom for some hilarious signage as well ad some misbehaved nun photos. They also have a quirky little shop & feature their neighbors hot sauce.everything I needed on a Sunday mid-morning & more!
The food was pretty good. I got eggs, sausage and a pancake. The pancakes were pretty good and so were the eggs and sausage. I wasn't wowed or anything but it was good, simple breakfast food made right without all that extra grease. I will be back.
For breakfast I was sweetly served the best Benedict I have ever eaten! They had a GF English muffin (not mentioned on the menu) and I asked for the salmon Benedict. Hollandaise was light and flavorful, the eggs were cooked to perfection, and the smoked salmon was just devine. I devoured the entire plate. So yum!
Very disappointed in entree ordered. Poorly plated special lacked flavor. Looked and tasted like mush. Food combinations should have never been put together. Topping everything with melted cheese did not help. Bad recipe.
Wasnt to bad had the biscuits and gravy was ok i make it better lol. But the corn beef hash was very good they add cinnamon to it mad it so good
My husband & I have been going here for years the place is great & so is the food. I think My husband just likes to go there to talk to the big guy up front Gary.
Phenomenal atmosphere.
We love the food, the service and the vibe. We are sure to eat here every time we visit Gulfport.
Food was absolutely delicious! Only complaint was the inside was a little hot but ya know, Florida summer!
Terrific small quaint atmosphere while dining. Excellent service and delicious food.
Update 10/23. Excellent breakfast and service. Love the new atmosphere and location.
Stella's was great! Danny did a great job on service. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was really calm. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Stopped on a whim. 1st time guest here. We had the short rib grilled cheese that was absolutely delicious!
And the CfS and eggs. Good Lord everything was perfect. Great service, quick food to table, and fun little beach town Sass.
Fruit bowls so fresh and fruity and tasty and breakfast is just like I ordered nd great servers felt very welcome! And Great fruit bowls
Situated on an attractive sidewalk area in Gulfport, Stella’s atmosphere is nice. Every two minutes, people walk by: Some with dogs — and some with other creatures. Nevertheless, it’s inviting. However, the food is fair to mediocre. The servers seem as though they are disoriented and unaware of their patrons’ needs. For example, one couple adjacent to me kept asking for decaf and for their server. When ordering, I begged my server to make sure that my eggs were scrambled “light. ” I even added an additional egg to the standard two-egg order. When they arrived a scant three minutes later, however, the eggs were over cooked and had brownish, scorched spots. And they even placed the third egg on its own plate with a bowl of fruit, which seemed unusual. The sourdough toast was barely toasted. The coffee was generally flavorless, and the fruit cup was not very fruity. All in all, this was a fair to middling experience. I don’t know that I would return except to enjoy the pleasant sidewall seating.
Really like this restaurant. I would have given 5's except my second visit the sausage gravy wasn't as thick as the first time I got it. It's a quaint little place with an at home feel.very sweet! I'll definitely be going back, maybe try the Banana bread french toast.yummy!
One of our favorite places in Gulfport. It’s hard to find a place that makes a great breakfast and lunch but Stella’s does both. We love to sit outside and their dog friendly patio is great. On a hot florida day, they have large fans to keep you cool. Highly recommend the elevated mimosa flight and one of their omelets. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. When we lived here, we ate there at least 2 times a week. Don’t miss out. It is definitely a hard habit to break!
Coffee tasted like burnt dish water, food iffy. I wanted so much to go here after all the raves. But was very disappointed and the person with me ordered a side of banana bread, received 2 1/2 very small pieces for $6. Very disappointed
Hangover brunch at its best! Their large mimosas inspired me to write a poem:
A Mega Mosa, a drink so grand,
A large Mimosa, in your hand.
A drink that’s sweet, a drink that’s tart,
A drink that’s sure to win your heart.
It’s made with champagne, and orange juice,
A drink that’s sure to cut the blues.
It’s served in a glass, that’s oh so tall,
A drink that’s sure to please us all.
So if you’re feeling down and blue,
And need a drink to see you through,
Just order up a Mega Mosa,
And let the good times come to ya!
