Took 6 months to get a windmitigation discount applied to our homeowner policy, for whatever reason we were not kept informed of the reason (s) for the delay. The person handling is no longer with the company. We were told that the discount would be applied retroactively, however, without apology, Mrs Ando advised us that we were misinformed and there is nothing she could do about it. Umph! We have had allstate for over 2 decades, loved, loved our original agent Rufus Dow.
Just switched my auto insurance to the Ando insurance agency and the service was awesome. They saved me money but also treated me like family. They paid special attention to how much coverage I actually needed instead of what I had always had with my previous company. I was really impressed because no other company had ever done that before. Brittany was so friendly and I would highly recommend her!
