6Never go here. My husband had a colonscopy and 3 months later still had pain. Dr. Lipkin spoke with him over the phone once and saw him in his office without doing an exam. My husband saw two other doctors there while Lipkin was out of office, one a month ago (Railey) and the other this week (Gonzalez). Riley did an exam and came to no conclusion other than apply a cream and time is needed. Gonzalez spoke with Julie, the medical assistant in the hallway before seeing my husband. Spoke loudly saying that my husband should go see a different doctor and laughed when my husband said he got a second opinion at another doctors office by a PA who was actually CORRECT in diagnosing him. My husband was able to see a surgeon this morning who also confirmed that the PA at the other doctor was correct and now needs to have surgery. So not only did this all start after my husbands colonscopy here and was brushed off by 3 doctors but this facility has the audacity to charge to see their doctors for things they cannot even properly diagnose. I would never recommend these gastro health doctors. Thank goodness for other caring professionals outside this office and DOCUMENTATION.
Love how thorough Dr. Lipkin and his staff is. Highly recommend this practice.
Dr Lipkin is very very caring and attentive and I completely trust him. If you have something to say or ask… he listens attentively and patiently and then fully gives an answer the best he can.
I was recommended to Dr Lipkin by one of my neighbors and I couldn’t be happier with him or your facility. I didn’t have to wait to be seen and from the moment I walked in the door I was treated well and he is awesome I was treated not just like a patient but like a person and that’s very important to me.
The person who answers the phone in the offices for an Appointment is a very rude and foul-spoken person, he even hung up on me and didn't even let me speak properly, it was today at 11: 30 am, I will never call again.
