ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PATIENT EXPERIENCE!
She is listed as accepting new patients. I declared her my PCP couple monts ago, after confirming that she was accepting new patients. I had to schedule an appt.for an urgent matter, and her office kept telling me that she doesn't accept new patients. Even though I tried to explain them that she was confirmed as my PCP months ago, the office staff insisted that she doesn't accept new patients.
THEN WHY DO I HAVE HER INFO ON MY INSURANCE CARD AS PCP, AND WHY DOES SHE STILL APPEAR TO ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS ON MY MEDICAL INSURANCE WEBSITE (CIGNA) ?
