Dr. Stephens is wonderful. He has a great bedside manor and listens to your concerns and gets to the bottom of it.

As soon as I walked into the office the setting was very calm and the staff were really nice. Had my first ultrasound and Mary was super nice. Afterwards met with Dr. Stephens Shawn and he explained everything thoroughly. He made me feel really comfortable. I’m excited to see how it goes at this office.

Visiting from MI. Came to the ER about 5 months pregnant, was taken upstairs to OB Triage. Everything he billed was coded incorrectly and not considered emergent services so now I am stuck trying to work with Bay Care and my insurance company EIGHT MONTHS later.

I’m not speaking for all, but as a mother of two now I’ve been catching myself putting myself last. Which is fine, except when it comes to health. It’s been 3 years since I’ve seen Dr. Stephens and I almost was wishing I was going in to see him pregnant. Unfortunately, I knew something else was a little off with me. I called and was able to get in right away, paying out of pocket (totally reasonable) into his new office! Same location just now on the first floor! Not only was the office done up nicely there were still the same friendly faces…thank god, cause you know you have the guilt sometimes going in like heyy it’s been awhile…and was able to see Dr. Stephens with no wait! He even got to schedule me a last minute ultrasound where Mary was able to find my not so small cyst! I know, this might be tmi. But I was given a game plan and left with so much relief! If you haven’t been in awhile, just make the appointment! If you haven’t been here at all, he’s seriously one of the best! With great staff front to back, ob-gyn!

Dr Stephens is an amazing doctor! He spends time with you to address your concerns and has an awesome sense of humor. Definitely will continue to use him as my doctor.
