Here I leave you my opinion, I bought a property in this community 3 months ago, the truth is it is quite quiet, the house is not bad but with details to look at, especially the bathrooms, the installation of the main shower is super poor quality, the AC air you check inside a lot Dust and the carpets also with dust, but the association is at another level, super slow, they do not respond to emails or calls. I have been waiting for more than 30 days for an approval to build a pool. The construction company is ready and I am waiting for the association. I recommend. Before buying, you should document what it means to be under an Association, it is not something pleasant.

Serene environment. Good for walking and cycling for your daily exercise.

This is a nice community. We pay 2 Association dues. $900.yearly with Evergreen (which goes up every year) and $1000.yearly with Poinciana Association which also includes a bulk contact with spectrum that you have to pay or they will put a lien on your home and you can lose your home. There are no amenities. Alligators in our little ponds, tall bushy grass that are considered protected so can’t cut. All the street lights not working. Not gated so non residents speed though while our kids are playing. Stepping stone street is used as a dumping ground. Residents have to fix their own irrigation system. Every issue we have Evergreen tells us someone else is responsible for it. But a very nice community. We all love it here!
