Boooooo they didn’t have my shoe in the store, only online. And then they didn’t have alot of options of the same shoe in different colors so i could verify my shoe size. The workers were nice though.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Waited in front of employees for 20 minutes with no one trying to help then they tried to tell me I couldn’t return shoes with a perfectly valid receipt never been worn bottoms because there was no box when I purchased them without a box as I did not want to take it home. Joke of a store joke of a product and again the worst customer experience I’ve ever received

Store was excellent.the manager Jennifer was super helpful on findind a few pairs of shoes.

If I could give a million I would. This was my first time visiting the store the atmosphere was kind and welcoming. All employees ended up helping my needy self (lol), but they showed no distress. Long story short when I finally picked the shoe of my liking I went home and noticed a shoe malfunction. I live about 1hr 30min from this location it was 8: 15p.m I called anyway knowing they closed at 8p.m, however Mosses picked up and I explained to him everything and I was very distraught. He calmed me and stated " First thing the next day he would call me and see what he could do. " Sure enough the next morning he called and found me another shoe and had it shipped to me and sent me a return box for mine. He even called later to make sure I received the email confirmation. This guy is nothing short of amazing, I was so thrilled that he went above and beyond for me. I'll definitely be back. THANK YOU SO MUCH MOSSES!

I was very disappointed in the shoe selection. Steve Madden used to be known for having THE shoe game. Now everything is very urban and hoochie. I guess I'll hold on to my "vintage" Steve Madden shoes.

I was there this afternoon and My friend was kicked out for not being able to wear a mask. This store is in violation of the ADA. And when we walked in a WORKER was NOT wearing the mask. It was down on their chin.

We will be reporting this store.

Incredible customer service, neatness, and professionalism! I attribute this to the manager, Jennifer, who ensured that my experience was effortless and enjoyable! Needless to say, I left with two pairs of shoes! Will return next Spring break!
