I would choose ZERO stars if it was possible. Shocked that Dr. Hahn didn’t have a single Registered Dietitian to have as reference for digestive disorders and issues that require diet management (as backed by research). When my previous diagnosis was discussed, I was not able to even report all of my current symptoms before the doctor jumped to conclusions. Blaming my abdominal issues on stress, disordered eating, and social anxiety, with no provider references for patient support. He conducted no nutritional or mental health assessments before this conclusion. Being my own advocate for my health, and having had managed my diagnosis for the past 5 years, this physician refused to listen to what has been working for me individually. Unfortunately not the first GI specialists I have attempted to work with in this area, but equally poor in bedside manner.

On my arrival to the end of my visit, i felt the care, compassion and Profesionalism, Dr Han and his staff are amazing! The environment was very clean and presentable, 5 stars

Dr. Hahn is an incredible and thorough doctor who listens with compassion and empathy. He is an amazing communicator when it comes to talking through and explaining diagnosis and treatment plans. You really feel like he cares about you and your well being. The office staff is warm and friendly, and super accommodating. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Hahn and his staff enough!

My first visit with Dr Hahn it was great he explained everything thoroughly to me. The staff was very good they went above and beyond. Tracy stayed on the phone with me since I got lost driving there. I would highly recommend the practice.

One of the best Drs in the profession. Very good bedside manners. Takes his time to explain and educate his patients about their condition and procedure. Truly an asset in the profession.

The doctor and staff are very caring n concerned about your care. Everyone was very professional and kind. They all have good beside manners.

What a physician and medical office should be! Dr. Hahn takes time to meet with you, in his office, to discuss your health and well-being prior to performing an exam in an examination room. He is considerate, confident and concise and has a soothing bedside manner. The office staff is professional and efficient. My recent visit to Dr. Hahn, and undergoing the procedures that he has performed, has been the best physician and medical office experience that I've ever had. Highly recommend Dr. Stephen Hahn for all of your GI needs.

The receptionist is extremely unprofessional. She refused to schedule my appointment even after they received the referal from the primary doctor and, being in the network of my insurance. After explaining my health situation She yelled at me and told me it's not her problem and to go find another doctor elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

Once in the office everyone moved me through the visit in a timely fashion.
However getting an appointment was difficult, do to not getting proper information. For this reason I rating them 3 star's.

This is not a reflection on Dr Hahn, he is a great doctor. His billing/coding department leaves much to be desired. Every time me or my spouse go for a colonoscopy they don't properly code it as a routine preventative procedure which my insurance will cover. In stead they bill us and it takes a year or 2 to get it straightened out. We have to make multiple phone calls and office visits, back and forth, they say they resubmitted it, but our insurance says no they haven't. This has been going on for years, between the 2 of us at least 8 times. We're still fighting a procedure that was done 2 years ago. We have records of all the phone calls and who was talked to and still not resolved. Dr Hahn is great but seriously looking into another Dr for next time.

The nurse took her time and was very courteous she asked all rhe right questions and was extremely professional.

Staff and Dr were very professional and did a great job in explaining what to expect in my upcoming procedure.

Dr. Hahn’s care is exceptional. Everything you need from a physician is provided by him. Not only would I recommend someone, I did recommend a new patient to him just yesterday.

I'd like to tell you about my telehealth experience with Dr. Hahn.

At approximately 9: 15 this morning they called me to get my card information for the co-payment, and before I gave it to them I verified that they had received both the referral and my test results. 5 minutes of being placed on hold later they verified they had them and I came off the numbers.

1 pm comes around and I see that they have charged my card, but I have not received the 12-digit code to log into the portal. I call the office and a message tells me their closed 12 - 2 pm. I call my daughter at 1: 30 since she was to be conferenced in, she calls customer service and they call the office and get the same recording, saying they were closed for their daily 2-hour lunch break.

I finally received the link at 1: 38 but it didn't work, the Dr called and I conferenced my daughter back in. He asked me why I scheduled the appt, even tho it was clearly stated in the referral, the paperwork he had me fill out online, and in the test results.

So as I told him what the results I sent him said, he started arguing with me about how I couldn't possibly know what the diagnosis was, and he couldn't make any recommendations thru Telehealth without taking the exact same tests that I sent him the results on.

My daughter (a mental health therapist) had enough at that point and called him out for not reviewing the results prior to the appt. He got all defensive and said I should find a new Dr. I laughed at him and my daughter demanded a refund which the office staff called me to verify it was being done within 20 minutes.

I would like to mention that the doctor's office staff and the GastroHealth Customer Service Rep have been very professional, helpful & friendly.
