Stevenson Collision Center, Yulee FL

I'm in process of getting my car repaired with Stevenson collision, and until now I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service and how they are helping me in the process of going through my insurance. They're very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. The repairs on my car were completed on 12/14/23, and the quality of the work is outstanding. I couldn't be more satisfied with everything involving the services that I have received from them. I highly recommend them and I rate them 5 star.

My husband was in a car accident a couple months ago and after doing some research and receiving recommendations, we decided to take his car to Stevenson Collision Center. We are so glad we went with them. Though it took a while to get parts because of the type of vehicle it is, they remained communicative the whole time and we never had to question whether or not they were working on repairs. They answered all our questions with patience and never hesitated to keep us updated. We highly recommend getting your repairs done there. You won’t be disappointed!

We found this place on Google & used them because of their excellent reviews. We had an insurance claim from a hit & run accident & they were great. Working with our out of state insurance company they handled it all so well. Our truck was treated to a first class job. Would definitely use them again.

I went to this business with my window coming off track. They were very professional and took the time to fix my window.
One of the gentleman in the office looked at it and told me to pull around to the side. He explained what it was doing to one of the guys, no moaning, no groaning, and with a smile, he stopped what he was doing to fixed my window.
They were recommended to me by my girlfriend, and will get all of my business. Not to mention many recommendations from me as well. I just can't say enough good things about my experience with them. I have 3.5 million views on my reviews, I hope this is seen by just as many people. You just can't find service like that anymore, anywhere!

Got into a collision and honestly they were kind of picked at random as I did not know the area well but from my experience with them I will say hands down amazing service. There was never a time I was left in the dark. Their communication was astounding and having seen what my car looked like before the collision and after the repair well you could say they were the same picture. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and immensely flexible. Heaven forbid you need an auto body shop but if you do get into a collision then let them be your first pick. I couldn't recommend them more.

5 stars across the board. I will miss Dawn but I will continue to give them my business. Shirley has always taken good care of us the 3 times we’ve had to have work done. I can’t wait too meet the new owner. My 7 year old son accidentally pulled the door handle clear off of our Toyota. They painted and replaced the exterior and interior door handle for under 240 dollars. When I totaled my 2021 Corolla back in August 2022, it got towed to First Coast Paint and Body. My wife and I went there the next day to retrieve items from our vehicle right after they opened. We walked in and we’re greeted by the kind lady at the front and she told us too give her a few minutes as they opened up. Once we got inside, a heavier set man greeted us. We asked him if we could get some items out of our car. He replied with “ I haven’t even clocked in yet so I don’t really care yet”. I will avoid them for anything from here on out. Stevenson for
