WARNING! Do not bring sentimental or irreplaceable items to this shop. The owner began work on a jacket I brought in, stating that his machine wasn't working for hats but did work for fabric items. I went ahead and moved forward with the embroidery. However, when I came back from getting food, the machine had a fault. He was able to fix it and finish the piece, but upon taking the fabric off, the shoulder was caught in the embroidery. I was unhappy with the fact that he didn't check to make sure there weren't other pieces of fabric behind the work area. Then, after trying to see if we could make it work and cutting a chunk of the shoulder out, he blamed me for "rushing" him. I left to get lunch for the 20 minutes he said it would take to finish the piece. To then come back to the piece having an issue, I was not going to leave. I also stated I was in no rush, and we even had a conversation as to if I worked that day. The answer was no. Repeatedly, I genuinely explained I was in no rush. The fact that he is in the mall doesn't give him any right to tell anyone he's being rushed. In the end, he was able to refund me for the jacket I bought, which was thankfully replaceable. The warning is for anyone bringing something that can't be replaced and possibly ruined. I do appreciate the owner for compensating for the damages, but I took my business elsewhere. If you are looking for something personalized I’d recommend to pick something he can replace from his inventory. Two stars for trying to make it right but in a combative way.

I came in about 2: 30 PM on Sunday with a drawing I wanted embroidered on two hats. It was able to talk about design and get letters on the back of the hats as well, and pick them up by 5: 30 PM the same day. Great service and very fair pricing for such a fast turnaround time. I will definitely use this service again!

I bought myself a NF jacket two days ago and found out they would be perfect for the cold weather so I went back and bought 2 more for my little sisters for school. Kids tend to lose their jackets, therefore I wanted to get their
names stitched on. NO ONE in Lake City or nearby (I’m from Lake City) was able to make that happen for me. Everyone was 2 weeks ou or more. There was also no urgency. Then I remembered there was a business located in the Gainesville mall who does embroidery. I called and they happily told me they could do it for me. Easy. I went, I saw how many projects they had completed and were still working on. I felt very cared for because they were still able to help me. They weren't rude or sounded annoyed. They actually wanted to help. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED that. I did a little shopping and by the time I came back, they had already completed my two jackets. I was so excited. It came out perfect. I couldn't wait to gift them to my siblings. Prices are very affordable and they were super friendly and helpful. I will be back!

After calling the number many times, I went in person to get some hoodies done and get a quote. He gave me a card to send my designs to saying he will get to it in a few days. About 2 weeks later I have not received a response nor has he answered any of his modes of communication. I don't think its fair for a customer to have to come to the mall every time if they need to communicate.
