What a beautiful phenomenon store! Each and every person is beyond helpful & knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of stock and if by chance they don’t have what you are looking for they will gladly order it for you. Their “Moro” holds true…needlepoint truly is yoga for the mind! Highly recommend!

I had gone in here before during a Florida vacation and the ladies working here were so rude but I decided to give it another chance. In the paraphrased words of Maya Angelou, when someone shows you who they are, believe them. All I wanted was one color of thread and they wouldn’t stop what they were doing to help me. I’ll stick with my local needlepoint shops and will come fully stocked next time I come to Florida.

Thank you for your quick response. My comment is that I would have thought that you could just have helped me get the thread for a few minutes. When someone is working with me at my LNS and a customer needs something that doesn’t take a long time, I tell my LNS to just help them. I went in to your store on Saturday with my sister and you were dismissive. And the last time I was in Del Ray, you weren’t very attentive, either. I know I’m a stranger but when you’re kind, a stranger can become a loyal customer, especially if I decide to spend more time in Florida going forward. Thanks for your quick response, though!

My shopping experience was beyond my expectations. The staff were friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. The energy in the shop was contagious. There were beautiful canvases and a wide variety of gorgeous yarns on display. The choice for me was so difficult I’ll have to go back and buy more!

Recently purchased something showcased on an Instagram live video. I called and spoke with Judi and she was delightful. I asked for threads to be added to my purchase and she made sure to ask questions to determine exactly what I wanted, including asking if I needed stretcher bars. I received my purchase in a timely manner and she included a free needle. I love her energy and passion for needlepoint. Great experience!
