Brought some Shirts in to get the company logo I work for on them and I was very very impressed! Thank you!
Recently had custom work shirts made by this company and they did an amazing job. Their prices are very reasonable and they did an excellent job making my company’s shirts. Would highly recommend using Stitches by Walter
I gave a blouse with the design for embroidery but they never even worked on it after one month. It was for a wedding.
Walter has two locations at the Edison Mall. Unfortunately none of the employees at them speak English or wanted my money. “No No No”with a chuckle to finish. Not a good way to do business in my opinion. Went across to lids. They took care of me.
Took 9 days and charged over 80.00 for 2 hats with simple embroidery. Friends had theirs done there, so they referred me to them. Took them an hour to do at half the price for them. Wouldn't recommend getting anything done there, especially if your not the right nationality.
They did one job for us in the past that turned out quite well. It was a simple embroidering of shirts we provided to them.
With that positive experience we decided to use them again. This second job consisted of a combination of prints, embroidering, and ordering shirts and jackets. The only explanation I can come up with is that they just weren’t interested in doing the job. Perhaps it wasn’t big enough of an order for them to bother with (only about 20 shirts). Four times we went by to ask about the order, and each time they acted confused, moved papers around the desk, “searched” through their computer, and finally gave us one excuse or another.
In retrospect, It was quite obvious that they just weren’t interested, as they never provided us with an order form, an invoice nor a ticket stub. Therefore, we have no documentation that we ever even even placed an order, which I’m sure was the intent. At every visit they told us they would call us and then never did. When we came in the store they would avoid eye contact as long as possible, and when they couldn’t any longer, it was all smoke and mirrors.
I only wished they would simply have the courage to say that they couldn’t do the job for x, y, z reason. Then we could make a decision such as, order more to fulfill a minimum or just go somewhere else, which is no problem. The way not to handle it (as they did) is to obfuscate, delay and wait for the customer to leave in frustration.
