They have the best cheesecake in Winter Haven! Really creamy and flavorful. Today I bought 3 pieces of cheesecake: German chocolate- strawberry shortcake and lemon chiffon!

Bland cheesecake and heard they don't pay their employees unless they beg for their paychecks.

POLK COUNTY IS TOO SMALL FOR THIS BUSINESS TO KEEP SCREWING OVER OTHER BUSINESSES AND THE PEOPLE WHO PATRONIZE YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!

I had a Cafe Latte with Oat Milk for reference… the coffee was good. It was made a bit over heated so the milk was a bit tart. The latte overall was ok but having to deal with the taste of the over steamed milk was not what I was expecting. The dessert options looked amazing but unfortunately I was not able to try them due to just have eaten before. The atmosphere was very welcoming.

Delicious coffee and cheese cake. Quiet little place with nice staff. A slice of cheese cake is pricey but delicious.

We stopped by for a quick to go since we have heard about this place. They do have a good variety of cheesecake with a lot of different flavors and toppings. My hubby ordered the plain cheesecake because that is the true test of if it is good or not. We also ordered two iced coffees.
The cheesecake was decent it had a good density to it and was good flavor. Unfortunately, my husband is the expert on cheesecake and this was just decent to him. The coffees were good but not my usual take on a latte so perhaps that is a bit of a bias.
The inside is clean, bright, warm and inviting. It would be a nice place to catch up with friends.

Taste was amazing but presented poorly. Small garnish and for a hotfuge cake it was missing something.

This place is amazing, it's a wonderful place to just go and chill and get a cup of coffee and a slice of cheesecake. They had 15 different types when I was there and I took a friend of mine who didn't know this place was even there. He just loved it also. The cheesecake is creamy and simply wonderful much better then New York cheesecake. I wanted to give this place 5 stars but there was just one young lady working the counter and making everyone's drinks she was running her butt off. I told her to take a deep breathe everything is fine. I will for sure return and my friend said he will for sure also. If you like cheesecake this is for sure the place.

I was hired on the spot, worked two shifts, and then even though things were going well I was fired for simply not having prior experience.except they didn't feel like letting me know until two months later when I was wondering why I wasn't getting any shifts.

It's been three months since my first shift and I still haven't been paid despite having asked about it over a month ago. I was told they had my check, and then all of a sudden they didn't. Manager is incredibly unprofessional and can't seem to stop 'forgetting' to respond to me or to read my messages. Was told I would know where my check was 'tomorrow' and then had to wait two weeks for any sort of communication.

If you want the employees that serve you to be respected at all then go elsewhere.

Management acts like children, couldn't even get through an interview with me without getting up every five seconds to do some random task. Offered me $10 an hour, which is below minimum wage. Glad I didn't take the job, since they're currently under fire for not paying their current employees and committing tax fraud, among other things. If a $9.00 slice of bland cheesecake is worth supporting a company who openly scams teenage girls who don't know any better because it's their first job, then by all means stop in. Otherwise, I suggest you avoid this place like the plague.

(PS. While I was there, a girl called out due to being in the hospital. They mocked her until the minute I left.)

The only reason for 3 stars in service is because the associate helping me was too distracted. They got my wife's slice in the container and they were talking with another associate for a few minutes. When another associate came out from the back with a slice cheesecake with strawberries on, the associate helping me went to grab it and put it in my container. Luckily, the other saw and stopped them. Then they asked what the other flavor was for mine, the other responded "Peanut Butter and Jelly". I got home, had the slices that night. I had peanut butter. The one that helped me was not paying attention. Other than that, the Pina Coloda and Peanut Butter were excellent as always! The cheesecakes are ALWAYS delicious! Don't NOT try this place because of my ONE somewhat negative service experience.

Love going to this place when I visit Florida! I make a trip here almost daily when vacationing in the area because it is that good! The staff is always so friendly. They have every cheesecake flavor that you can think of plus more! Their coffee is amazing. The atmosphere is comfy and relaxing for enjoy your treat. They started making cake pops and tiny cupcakes which is a nice size and kid friendly for my daughter.

How is this even a coffee shop? We tried the last 3 days to come. First two days they were closed at normal times which makes no sense don’t advertise you’re open then. Today we go to walk to the place and we get there keep in mind it’s 10: 15am (they open at 10) the girl says there’s no coffee just cheesecake the manager is going to get coffee? Yeah I just moved here but never again I’ll go to the other one by Just Move their prices are cheaper, the coffee is way better and this place shouldn’t even be a coffee shop lol

I don't know. I was in line to get a cheesecake and this white lady found some audacity within her privilege to get out of her seat and skip me and place an order. WHEN the cashier clearly saw me waiting to order. Lmao.well I'll stick to cheesecake factory.

Wow what a find. If you love cheesecake and great coffee. It's here. Unusual cheesecakes but each one amazing. I had Cherry Cobbler cheesecake my spouse Nutter Butter Banana cheesecake. Both so amazing I ate mine before it was on the table you gotta get here.

Came all the way from tn and had to get some cheesecake. It was awesome and the staff was so friendly

THE BEST CHEESECAKE EVER! Don’t get to make it out this way often, so when we did, we splurged a little. Service was amazing and this cheesecake is absolutely to die for!
