Stone Empire Granite - West Palm Beach

I am a project manager for a reconstruction company and decided to use this company for the first time, due to lack of communication, overpricing, false promises, and being charged for multiple visits, even though they we I’ll prepared for the job task. Over the course of 3 months in which we put in the order, there was minimum to no conversation, no oversight from managements for these issues and also the blatant disregard of basic principle. Every call to a sales person goes in answered and when you try to reach upper management or the GM, magically he’s in available. False invoices were created to not refund the amounts owed to my company and when asked when that invoice was sent the gave a date, and then asked where’s the email, they can’t provide correspondence for def invoice that was predated to a time the job was done already. I would never recommend them to anyone due to lack of professionalism and no sense of pride in doings what’s right at the end of the day…. PS. They are extremely over priced for mediocre work at best….

Matt was an extremely helpful and friendly gentleman. Spent the time to help us pick out perfect piece for our needs. If you need granite, the service here is great.

Terrible customer service, abismal scheduling times and delays. We waited 3 weeks for 2 window sills and at the last minute they said they had nobody that could install them. I hired someone else to do the installation and requested them to give me a $300 refund which is what I paid the other company for installation. They refused to give the money back basically stealing it. I have lost so much time trying to resolve the issue with them but its always the worst experience.

Stone Empire Granite was fantastic! Amazing final product, easy shopping experience by knowledgeable staff and incredibly meticulous installers. We love our kitchen and will be using Stone Empire Granite again for our bathrooms.

Josie at Stone Empire was wonderful to work with. She was great helping me to find the perfect material for my project and budget. Even though my project was small, the service was spectacular, and the end result is beautiful!
