Good storage for keeping stuffs during the gap days before moving in a new apartment. The unit was clean and the assistant was really kind and helpful for my questions. There is only a small problem that if you are navigated there by map, it will lead you to the back door which is directly to the storage units (outside). Office is loccated on the northern side of Apalachee PKwy not on Capital cir SE.

We just recently rented a storage space at Storage King USA at Apalachee Parkway in Tallahasse Florida. The Storage space was clean and the service provided by manager Tasha, at the front desk, was impeccable. She is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful.

How can someone charge you a late fee before your bill is actually late. I know with the original owners, the late fee wouldn't be applied until after a 5th day of being late and was always willing to work with the customers. But the new owners, the late fee charged after 1 day of being late then they refuse to work with customers on payments. They don't accept split or partial payments. Storage king as a paying customer you should honor certain things for your customers. I have been a customer for 3+ years. Then the prices have gotten outrageous. Then we are forced to pay a fee for insurance, but the insurance doesn't cover alot of conditions. Yes and also we as customers need a local number to be able to call and reach the staff on location. I shouldn't have to call and and talk to someone at a call center or someone who can't never assist with anything, because the person on the phone is not local.

The man that this place has working at the front office on june 1st 2023 around 5pm is all around RUDE. Don’t understand how people who lack basic human skills facilitate a business. He’s slick and acts like he is entitled to treat the customers here wrong. Get better staff!

I really enjoyed renting a storage space from Storage King USA on Apalachee Parkway. The facility was well kept, clean, and the staff was always friendly and ready to help when needed. I never had any issues during my renting experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and clean place to store your extra stuff.

They'll charge you a late fee and tell you your late even if you pay it on your due date. But yet the website won't even tell you that you have a balance until the exact due date. So how else would I pay it if there's not even an option to pay early. Just ridiculous. And you can't call them because somehow it's "long distance or international" that doesn't even make sense. And good luck getting them to reply to an email.

Best customer service ever move in was quick easy love it. Specially, the lady was good who helped us she’s the best.

Wonderful service and assistance. The property manager, Tasha, and her staff were helpful and professional from the first phone call to inquire about our storage unit needs all the way to the end when I loaded my last box into my unit and exited the property. Highly recommended!

Justin was fabulous at helping me get my first unit! He explained the process clearly and had a great attitude! Looking forward to working with Storage King USA and Justin!
