This was my first time renting a storage unit, Stephanie was excellent she made the renting process i real quick and efficient. Clean storage units and great customer service.

Stephanie is amazing and very helpful from the beginning to end of the process of getting a unit. She makes it easy and without a headache.

I just want to start off my by saying Stephaine is the best worked ever if not for her I wouldn’t have a chance to get my stuff in last min nore the right size unit for me she has helped me in so many ways and she is a good friend. She is always my go to if have a problem, I can’t get in the gate, or if I just want to talk to her she literally is always there for us I 100 recommend her and these storages

I just started renting at the end of August. My payment was never processed for September. I called and left messages, but never received a call back. Now we’re in October, I called and left messages again, and even emailed. I finally get through to someone who tells me my payment is late and that I owe a $100 late fee, PLUS, I have to drive 6 hours back to Callaway to pay the late fee. No option up to pay my unit cost was offered. I was told an an e-mail would be sent to the owner to ask if I could pay it over the phone, but I still haven’t heard back. Am I going to be assessed another late fee? My belated husband’s items are in there. Please someone get ahold of me.

Wish they had a no star attachment, but they don't. These people are BIG TIME SCAMMERS

They have redone the back storage units looks like. The price$$$ is great 6x10 $50; a month. I keep so much in storage now. I bounce around, till I find that Place Call home.
