Very friendly and helpful staff. Rachel made the rental very smooth.
Only thing is, I have no app that can open PDF rental documents

At first you think you are getting a really great move in deal. The two ladies at the front desk are super sweet, or so you think.
Give it about 3 months in and all of a sudden, without warning, your rent goes up $20 extra per month and when u call to find out why, they will give you some b/a reason… like a yearly maintenance fee! (Not in contract…!
They will look for reasons to throw you out, they will yell at you for being there for any length of time or everyday…. And get this…. If you are there past closing time, 10 pm, you will be locked in till morning, then thrown out! I have a few other friends, who also have a unit at this place, and their horror stories are worse than mine. Wow!

The ladies in the office Teresa and coworker were great fun, and able to accommodate our needs in a timely fashion. Laughed so hard with them my mascara ran. Hope to see them soon.

Would give Teresa 10 Stars if I could! She was professional and kind and I was impressed with the way she handled customers that were before me that had a handicap! She’s a gem! So much so, that I decided to rent a storage space in addition to the RV space I was there to originally rent.

The office staff was very pleasant, personable and accommodating, the grounds itself are well kept and maintained albeit a bit cheaply built. But it is reasonably priced as well!

We have used Storage Rentals of America at 2700 Malabar Road, Malabar, FL 32950 several times to park our RV. We like the storage yard because it is asphalt instead of grass. Their rate is very reasonable, their safety system always works, and they are pleasant to work with.

I was lucky that Karen answered the phone. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had my account set up and storage unit secured in a matter of minutes. When I went to look at the storage unit, the cleanliness and security exceeded my expectations…all at a great price. Thank you.

I got my unit in April. My second month was free. It’s July and my unit went from $115 to $151 in less than 3 months that’s ridiculous. So if they run a special don’t get it because your price will go up to get those funds back. Most likely will be moving my things out soon.

The staff Rachaele and Theresa are wonderful, always there to help and the professional, courteous care they displayed is very important to there customers. Thank you so much ladies and have a wonderful & busy day.

I was not impressed by the fact the day I moved in the facility was closed and customer service (3 different times) could not tell me where my unit was located as 40 minutes of driving down each isle my unit number was not visible. I asked is it possible it's inside. Sure enough it was. I also could not understand the logic of each door entrance of inside units do not have Ramos. Needless to say it was a challenge and several of my boxs got damaged and the contents inside broken to pieces. The pricing for the unit was acceptable per comparing them to
other local storage units. Under air. The srorage units are nice &
clean. Gated and security cameras everywhere. It's a piece of mind knowing my things are secured.

This is a very clean and well managed storage facility. It is conveniently located and they have the best sizing and reasonable pricing. I compared many facilities before choosing this one. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in storage management. A+ experience!

We stored all our household goods here for about 7 months and came back to them for vehicle storage. They’re so easy to work with and very reasonable on their rates.

The storage facility is clean. They have constantly raised my rates on both units since we rented them a little over a year ago. I complained about the security gate being open 24-7. First, they deducted $25.00 from each storage unit for the following month, and then the next month, they raised my rate on both storage units by $25.00 from what I was paying before my complaint. What a great company! Go somewhere else is my suggestion if you want to feel secure about what you put in your storage unit.

This place is very accommodating at the last minute. They did everything they could to help me. I greatly appreciate them. The prices aren’t bad either. You should check them out before going to other storage places.
