Kara was the person who saw us when we got the unit and was truly such a nice lady and was very helpful. We got a good unit and we loved her jokes. Is great to see people have such a nice sense of humor.

Lisa the manager (professional and friendly) makes me give 5 stars! I wish they had Sunday hours.

I was at the competitor across the street and had such a terrible initial experience I walked across the street to storage rentals of America. I met Lisa and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit. She took the time to answer all of my questions and make recommendations. I can’t thank her enough!

This place is amazing! I was supposed to rent a unit from a place close by and found that facility not up to par. Luckily Lisa at Storage Rentals of America was close by and helped me with securing a climate controlled unit there are a CHEAPER PRICE even!
Lisa not only helped me that day, but also helped me multiple times with a smile when I forgot my entry code. She even went above and beyond when my pregnant wife was at the unit alone and helped her load the car!
I've recommended everyone in the area to this facility and will continue to do that as long as I see Lisa's face there!

Lisa the receptionist was great, she explained everything I needed to know. Storage facility is clean and easy to access. I would recommend it.

The need for a storage unit sometimes, can be that one is facing a hard time. The minute i walked into the lobby I was greeted with a very pleasant person. Lisa asked all the right questions to help me decide on the unit size that coincides with the, price I could afford. I would most definitely suggest Public Storage to anyone that may be in need of a unit. Happy Holidays!

Lisa from Storage of America in Lake Worth is awesome. I’m new to the area and have been dealing with many different issues at once and she helped make my transfer down to Florida move smoother. She also was conscious of my move date and attentive to me paying the best buck and not overcharged. I had a terrible experience with my movers and Lisa was the only pleasant thing that came out of it. She knows her job well. She makes sure you get the best sales and doesn’t try to force you into contracts and/or lie to make you pay more. Great personality and people skills. She makes it very enjoyable taking trips to my storage unit for items.:)
