Karen is absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful getting me into the right unit.
I had previously made arrangements over the phone to hold the unit where there must’ve been a miscommunication. I ended up with a unit that I did not want but Karen was so patient while I explain what happened and she fixed the problem and was super friendly in the process.

I want to thank Karen and the rest of the staff for the professionalism they displayed during my storage rental. You can tell when an organization values customer service and employees people that share those same values. I highly recommend Storage Mart at 1060 Polo Dr. Melbourne. If you want to save money for your storage needs, choose them. The prices are lower than most storage facilities in the area. Plus, you get a staff that will assist you with determining the size storage unit you require. They want to make sure you don’t pay for a unit that is too large for your needs.

Both Tom and Karen were very helpful and went out of their way to make my move in as easy as possible. Karen helped me figure out how to get my moving pods set up so I could unload them but not hinder other customers. Tom showed me around and when we unloaded our stuff into the unit he went out of his way to check if we needed anything from water to paper towels to killing ants that had gotten attracted to something in my box to making sure we had enough carts. Great people and a great experience!

And I was impressed, Karen was wonderful. She met my needs and much much more. She's a sweet sweet lady and very kind to me and my daughter. I would recommend this place to anyone in reasonable pricing as well. I would give this 20 stars if I could thank you Karen and Tom as well.

I had already tried other stores but I didn't like the place, very dirty and full of insects, I contacted storage market and I am very happy and satisfied with the place, very clean and organized, very good service from the owner, my wife and I loved it, I recommend them all

"Climate controlled" actually means climate controlled. All the fans in that place help keep things nice and cool. Great location. Everythings nice and clean. Good stuff!

I rented a storage unit at this place this very afternoon and I must say there was a sassy young woman named Karen at the front desk who could not possibly have been more helpful than she was. She went out of her way to make sure that I had a unit that would handle all of our things and would be in my storage unit budget. Karen was great and the other guy you may run into is Tom and he's a pretty good guy two. Head on down there and see if them two don't get you hooked up with something to handle all your storage needs

Wonderful! The nicest, cleanest storage facility and storage unit I’ve ever had. The whole building smelled good when I walked in. Plus the storage manager was the sweetest person I’ve worked with. I was very happy with the service and can’t wait to move in.
