Jaqueline (Sorry if I misspelt your name) is a great manager of this property. Amazingly patient and very nice to her customers. She told us about the $1.00 promo and helped my wife and I save a lot of money on her unit. When I move again I hope to able use this location.

No stars needed here. I came here with my sister to help her move her belonging 3 different days. Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 9am when the facility supposed to be open. Each day the facility was closed. The manager is never on duty. We call customer service to report the issue they could not do anything to help us highly recommend to not use this location for self storage.

Spent two hours in driving around multiple buildings to find the unit after many calls after long wait time each call. Finally found the unit and it was occupied and locked.

The worst place to work. Was terminated because I was in the hospital. I took care of everything and even my boss and HR was contacted. HR was extremely rude and would not answer my calls once they terminated me. No worries, a lawsuit has been filed.

and was greeted professionaly with respect and concern from Mrs. Jacquelyn. She answered all my questions and also followed up with me as she said se would. They are a total scam of a rental operation. Bait and switch tactics. The business department loses paperwork and makes errors. Referrals are not honored, and they blame management. Pushes out regulars in lieu of students coming back. Customer service called me, and then they were rude and oppositional the entire conversation. Store space even retaliated after refusing their insurance program. My rent was almost doubled the following month. I've turned in paperwork on 2 different occasions, which they have "lost? " (I have the emails anyway.) Yeah, I am done playing their game. They don't care about customers at all. I've literally seen homeless people use a stick to open the gate. So much for their fancy security system. Good luck renting from them. You're going to need it.

Check-in was a great experience, staff was super helpful and made everything work for us last minute. Pricing and lease are affordable and the option for an a.c'd unit is only an extra $20

Update: changing my original review because while signing up was fairly simple and everything went smoothly, the past 3 months have been hell. Anytime I or my husband call its never answered no matter what time a day. Leave voice-mails constantly to never have our calls returned. Gate code only works half of the time and our access code for the doors gets changed without any notification? I don't see how it's okay to literally lock people who are paying to store with you out of their possessions and then not answer. Currently standing out front of the doors to try and regain access to my unit for the second time and no one will even buzz the door open. This is ridiculous.

Jaedin was very kind and helpful! He answered all of my questions and showed outstanding customer service. The facility was very nice, tidy, and secure. Lots of options that covered all kinds of storage needs.

Great place, great staff. There seems to be some confusion about the hours. The office is open 9am-530pm every day.

I can genuinely say i enjoy visiting the office. Not only can i say the ladies are hard working, but they year everyone like family. Great customer service and great atmosphere.

You guys have an employ there named Jaedin. He goes above and beyond to help. He is such a respectful young man. He's super friendly and very helpful. I was also in awe at how clean the facility was. Definitely will be coming back and recommending to my friends and family.

The two lady’s at the front were so kind and helpful they were super patient on helping us donette gave us some helpful advice that actually Was sufficient at the end and Elizabeth answered all our questions and made sure we got to the right place

Staff provides great customer service! I’ve had a unit for 3 years. The units are nice. The prices are reasonable. It is a place that you can feel safe storing your belongings.

Wonderful and friendly, hardworking staff. Clean environment, warm atmosphere. Extremely clean facilities. 11/10 would recommend.
