Renting and move in was easy. Facility is brand new and it's comforting knowing that your property is the first stuff ever to be stored in your unit. No germs or grime or dust bunnies lingering from previous renters.
The only issue I have is with the lighting which is why my rating is 4 stars. My 10x30 unit is very large and long. Yet it offers the same single high-in-the-ceiling light as a 10x10. The light doesn't extend to the far back in the unit. Also, the light is motion sensored which is a responsible earth-friendly lighting option. But the timer is set at ONLY 30 seconds. So I spend most of my time waving my arms to activate the light and by the time I return to my task the light goes off again. My unit does not have an outside light in the hallway in front of the door so that single bulb is the only light my unit gets and it goes off every 30 seconds. Seems logical that if a 10x10 has one light bulb a 10x30 would at least have two spaced out across the ceiling. Other than the lighting issue I've never been more pleased with a storage unit facility. Love the state of the art entry and design to lock and unlock doors. The 24-hour access is very helpful for me considering my eratic work schedule and the location is perfect.

1. Didn't like no person was there to talk to. 2. This is supposed to be a new facility but my unit had an oil stain evidently from someone's vehicle that was there before me. 3. There were spider webs all over the place so I called to get the unit treated.

I had a positive experience moving some personal house hold goods into Store Ease this past Friday here in Deltona. A brand new storage facility that is clean, well layed out, has a easy to use entryway, automated link up to remote based concierge. Was as easy as going online, made a size selection, then the reservation, checked in a few days later in the lobby, remote link up to an agent in Alabama, quickly done in less than five minutes. Then the hard part, unloading a Uhaul truck and organizing the "move in" to the unit. My stuff is safe and secure.

The employees of StoreEase are very friendly and professional. Beware of the parking lot, nails and screws everywhere at the new location on Doyle

StoreEase made it an easy smooth experience to move in. There was a minor delay with the opening of the location but they were providing updates with the progress they were making.

We were able to reserve a 10x10 unit with drive up access for an affordable price. Once the unit was available, I was reached out to via phone to get everything set up. The next day I was able to start moving items in.

Accessing the unit was very easy and moving our items in was even easier.

I highly recommend the Storage facility for anyone in the area. They even reached out afterwards to ensure we didn't have any issues.
