Jan is the best, kind and courteous. She is a real professional and cares about the people renting units. The place is clean, well lit, and has good security.

The place is very clean. Did not see any bugs or spiders. I had an issue but after talking to Jan she worked everything out. She is awesome. I've also rented from them 3 yrs ago and it was a joy to see her again.

First I would like to say Miss Jan has always been sweet and more than helpful. Our items had been stored at stor-rite self storage for two years inside "CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNIT". Had we known climate-controlled did not mean it was protected from mold damage, we would have chosen a regular storage unit at half the price of the climate control unit. We had a theft of credit cards on file so the card number changed for our storage auto payment which caused our storage to go into default. We brought our account to being current however, the facility had already inventoried our stored items. Fully understandable that they have a business to run and many are not able to bring their units current. My issue is not only was there extensive mold in our unit and belongings, there was more care taken of trash than anything of value. I had 2 different $700 and $300 leather Michael kors and 1 Coach purses in protective bags literally thrown onto the concrete storage unit floor instead of placing back into the protected bag.both of which are completely covered in mold inside and out. I don't understand why at least a reasonable amount of kids would have been used.all of the plastic totes were emptied, common decency would say throw the stuff you looked at back in something as not to destroy. I had hundreds of brand new and never worn clothing items purchased less than 6 months ago that were individually wrapped in the protective packages they came in. All were strewn among the storage.the bags that my clothing came in were treated with more respect than anything in my unit. The Shein and garbage bags were all NEATLY folded and placed in another protective bag. My leather jacket was also thrown on the floor completely covered in mold, and had to be thrown away immediately. Piggy bank was emptied of everything except pennies. 75% of The totes my items were stored in were busted and unusable. Again I fully understand the need to inventory items prior to possible auction, but it seems as every effort was made to destroy what was inventoried.

I am not at all mistaken regarding the location of the storage facility as this is the billing address for the charges to my credit cards.our unit was under my husband's name number 426 and just recently removed our property from the unit.

Staff was great every step of the way and always remembered my partner and I when we'd visit our units and the front office. Storing our things here was easy and so convenient, so we'd definitely recommend to others.

I will continue to choose this facility for my storage needs. Its always clean and pest free, the people are nice. There are no issues when trying get in the gate and its convenient to reserve a storage online.
