Your manager was wonderful when I got locked in your eleavator. She had very fast response time and assured me she was working as fast as possible to free me. I would love to do five stars but this is a very dangerous circumstance due to the heat that builds very fast in the elevator. I don't know the name of your employee but I have seen her out on the grounds often doing her job. Had a lot of belonging missing when I got everything out. Not as good as I thought. Family heirlooms at that. Things that can't be replaced.

The staff were great Kat and Yolanda only problem I had was the weather stripping on the bottom of my garage door was gone so when the lawn crew came by they would consistently blow debris in my unit dirtying my belongings other than that no issues staff was very helpful and kind.

Yolanda has been amazing for all the years I have been using this company. On the other hand, since corporate took over, they only care about getting people in and raising rates. I have used this location for about 5-6 years and never had an increase in my rent. In March, I decided to move to a smaller unit to save some money. In September, I received a letter that rent would be increasing by approximately $11/month. So, when you sign up, you will get a rate increase after 6 months and another one in 18 months. Called the storage facility right by them and was advised that I could get the same size unit for $15 less/month than what I'm currently paying and they do not have rate increases. There are so many options in South Tampa that I would recommend researching before committing to a facility that, from the beginning, plans on increasing your rent. (without giving you a heads up at time of sign up)

The girls running storQuest are awesome so nice and always have a smile on. I moved to st. Pete and I like this place so much that I stayed here! It's convenient and clean and open late.
