StorQuest Self Storage, Gainesville FL

Needed a storage unit and this was the best price I could find in town. Kimberly was so friendly and easy to work with setting up an account and touring the facility/ unit. The office and facility is very clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to book if you need some extra storage.

Had a problem with my lock and Kim came over to the location I was at after hours (of course my issue was right at closing time). Kim and Tammy both helped me in record time. I just really appreciate Storquest and these wonderful very capable ladies. Thank you!

Sad that some businesses don't update their websites more frequently.like maps when business is permanently closed.or garages not secure against mice and rats that destroy one's property with insurance that covers vermin destruction.are v so terrific and sadness consumers time too.
Imo, eg,
Garage storage. I'm sad they don't have 24-7 hour access. Costs not posted on website? Units with size? , cost currently available ought to be on website before any calls made to business any their dres in general. I have too little time to waste so having important info upfront in maps and on websites saves me a lot of time & energy.

Mike the district manager was very helpful to me. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. I appreciate everything he did for me. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Very helpful staff from move in to move out. Clean facility, easy access and secure. Shared a unit with roommate. More than enough room to store everything. Best option for out of state students!

Best storquest! Clean, staff is always nice and professional, Kimberly is on the ball and accommodating. We've had 3 storage units over the past few years, sometimes with big trucks coming through to drop stuff off, and definitely would come back if we need extra space again for our business.

I just wanted to personally thank the manager on duty today 8/6/23. I had forgotten my keys in Pa for my unit (which had all of my sons stuff in it for his college apartment). Well thank god Matt was on duty today because he was able to assist with the lock removal. His friendly disposition and his rush to assist really saved the day. Thanks to stor quest for taking care of his stuff for the last month and thanks to Matt for his great customer service.

Be aware that this company will raise your rent even if you signed a lease contract. I didn't even notice it was in our rental agreement until today (6 months after signing). This is really unacceptable and shouldn't be legal. So much for getting the rate they quoted you. Now we have to pay an additional $14 per month until the end of our lease for 6 months. This is a shame since we had such a positive experience. Check the rent section of your agreement it is letter 'F' on ours.

MATT WAS SO HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING WITH MY REQUEST TO LET ME KNOW WHEN FED EX CAME AND LET ME KNOW ONCE MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED AND STORAGE UNIT WAS SECURED. HE WAS VERY KIND AND KNOWEDGEABLE.
