The chiropractors are very nice and so are the front desk women however they’re clearly not very competent. They have been overcharging me the entire time I’ve been going there. I called and told them they’ve been overcharging me and in 2 minutes Courtney said she looked online and was able to see that I was only supposed to be charged a copay? Why didn’t they just look that up before? I’ve asked several times why I’m still being charged that much and always got come vague answer. She didn’t even apologize. She’s always very polite when I’m there but I was very disappointed and it seems like they’re more interested in taking money from people than taking 2 seconds to make sure you’re actually being charged the correct amount. I’m very disappointed and still would recommend them but do your own due diligence regarding billing because they clearly do not care about people’s money.

Amazing staff. Knows everyone's name and really cares about your health and your well being. Very knowledgeable. They try to fix you so you won't have to return unlike other places who fix you enough to where you have to continue to return

Our go to place to get snap, crackle, popped. Friendly staff who remember who you are on sight. You won't feel like just a number here.

If your looking for GENTLE chiro, this is the place for you, Dr. Joe is the best chiro around, answers all your questions, uses various techniques, always fixes you fast, w/a laid back office, super clean, new equipment, on time appointments, no waiting, in and out like it should be, and always welcoming. If you have tight muscle issues like I do, the tight muscles will continue to break up while continuing to adjust you for a few weeks, so give it time before u run back or think its not working. You wont be sorry, give him a try, you wont go anywhere else after his pain free gentle adjustments.

Dr Joe and Jana are amazing! They take the time to listen to you and work many different techniques to get you to optimal health. Their office is welcoming, clean, and a place I look forward to going. I have had adjustments and massages there. Each person I have encountered has had a great impact on my health! This whole office is amazing. The chiropractor explains everything in detail and answers all of my questions. The adjustments have helped me immensely for my chronic pain issues (which were acute recently). The massage was also thorough and wonderful. Front desk staff are super sweet, helpful and patient. Would highly recommend.

If you need chiropractic care I highly recommend Staters. I began going there for neck and back pain and can say that after 4 visits I no longer end my days in severe pain. Dr Jana is attentive, highly knowledgeable and extremely skilled at what she does. I began chiropractic after suffering with debilitating headaches for 11 years, (taking tons of different types of prescription pills & finding no relief) thinking they were migraines but finding out they were not. I can blessfully say that after receiving a regimen of chiropractic care I am headache free and have been for years. Because Dr Jana explained how the body has spots that correspond to our pains and that those pains can be addressed, managed and or alleviated thru non medicinal chiropractic, I am forever grateful. If you have any pain in your body and don't want to take pills all your life I highly recommend chiropractic.
