Strawberry Caribbean Restaurant, Palm Bay FL

I showed up a little after 8 O'clock and the doors were open.there was a game of Dominos going on and after waiting someone came out and told me they were closed.the actually close at 9pm.when I brought this to their attention, I was told that they close at 8 or 9 but they were playing dominos so they are closed. I will never go back agin and I will make sure that everyone I know hears my experience.

Service was prompt but I will say the food without a doubt has MSG in it as I got a severe headache after about 15 min of only eating 1 piece of jerk chicken out my lunch plate. I didn't finish it at all as I got really nauseous after about 25 min and threw up. Unfortunately I won't be visiting again. This was my first time having such a reaction to any restaurant and I've been to many places.

The food is nasty just like the attitude I got when I picked up my oxtail dinner. I would not recommend and the cook needs to be fired.

This is the only place I get my Caribbean food from. Mike's food is very good I wouldn't go no other place but here.

When I am in town have the taste buds up for jerk chicken Mike's at Strawberry have you salivating.

The food here was nasty. First thing the jerk chicken was out the fridge warm up and still cold inside, then there was actually powder seasoning (paprika) all over the meat. Secondly the man who took the order had no personality and was way too rude for my taste. It was a waste of money for me. I work too hard for my money. Very disappointed, will never attempt to go back there. It's garbage

The man who works here is rude…. Instead of serving us he directed us to another Caribbean restaurant, we came here to place an order for fish and was told we had to call ahead which we did called 3xs no answer, this was told to the guy and he said oh maybe I was outside we left and went else where I will never go to this restaurant AGAIN! Not the best Caribbean place in Palm Bay.

Called to order 3 platters. Man who answered immediately told me the 4 things they had “ready”. I was then hung up on when I asked about the sides. I called back and he was very rude, and said “I just told you what we have, what do you want miss” in a very rude tone. I told him that I didn’t want anything anymore because of his rude tone and to have a goodnight. They will NEVER get service from me.

The ox tail was off the chain! Amazing! And the size for the price was exceptional! Thanks for a great meal.
And I can't forget the beef patty!

Very good food and fantastic service. We had the Oxtail dinner with rice and cabbage. We absolutely enjoyed our meals. I highly recommend! Enjoy!

Authentic Jamaican cuisine. Good service. Clean. Fast servings to go. Delicious Patties! We got Ox Tail, Curry Chicken and Goat. Cola Champagne too.

Small, limited menu but really good food. Gotta go back and try the jerk chicken.sold out when we were there. The curry chicken lunch plate was excellent, nice man behind the counter.

It's usually ok. I asked for jerk and it came with oxtail sauce no jerk chicken sauce. I stated I didn't ask for no oxtail sauce if I ordered jerk chicken.turned my whole jerk chicken craving OFF and couldn't even eat it

Was hoping for way spicier. Was drawn in by an inexpensive lunch special " jerk chicken ", it wasn't ready so I got the jerk goat, it had small bones that was ok I guess, but I was expecting way better flavor. I also went in because it's down stairs from the place I get my hair cut, I was talking to my barber about how I enjoyed flavor in my food. This is my first time here so I might try it again. It better be better than this

What a delightful surprise. I went to the takeout side.it was dreary and I was sorry I stopped by. It was clean, though so i ordered. OMG, the food was absolutely delicious. The star of the show was the cabbage. It was light and flavorful (not greasy). I will definitely be back! AND they take cards (which another Jamaican restaurant in that area does not)

I went in today to order. The Owner is not welcoming at all & doesn’t know how to talk to customers at all. I walked the hell out.

The most favorable of all palm bay residents! If you want the real authentic taste of Jamaican foods come to Strawberry restaurant!

I don't know how to rate jamaican food that well, but I know the owner of this place seems cool as hell and is outside smoking his various meats every day and the foods and authentic and tastes great

The food was very good. I had the oxtail. It tasted fresh and was seasoned well. No complaints

The food was delicious and the customer service was great! Very warm and homey environment.
